mast platforms
(low level access, vertical mast booms,
pusharound platforms, stock pickers)

 Dingli - JCPT1612DCB
The electric scissor lift has a 15.7m working height;
the first electric scissor to do so from a full range
manufacturer. The JCPT1612DCB has a width of
1.25m and a safe working load of 250kg and 113kg
on its extended platform, along with a gradeability
of 25%.

 Faraone - Elevah 75 Tyres Faraone
The company developed a stock picker with a
double tool to lift a tyre set from the ground and
to store it. During ground level storage operations, Genie
the operator doesn’t need to go up or down in the
basket. Instead the tool can be adjusted to roll the
tyres on the shelves. It is a specialist stock picker
for an activity previously carried out with standard
ladders.

 Genie - Global Spec GS Scissor
With dual-zone control capabilities, operators
now have the ability to switch between indoor
or outdoor applications, which enables them to
perform multiple tasks using one machine. The
new Genie GS scissor lifts have load sense using a
hydraulic pressure sensor and a link angle sensor, to
meet global requirements, following the new ANSI
standards.
PRODUCT OF THE YEAR – SCISSOR LIFTS & VERTICAL MAST PLATFORMS

 Imer - IM 17220 E
The 19m working height IM 17220 E is the largest in
the new IM 220 series of rough terrain scissor lifts. The
AC electric motor (48V/15kW) with high capacity
batteries ensures maximum work cycles. The 4WD
hydraulic transmission and oscillating axle are
standard, as well as automatic hydraulic levelling
outriggers. Compact dimensions are 2.20m x 3.92m.

 JLG – DSP-M
In a new series of stock pickers, the DSP-S and DSP-L
have been launched in 2020. They are a hybrid of
a conventional forklift and a MEWP. It offers a low
step in height, unobstructed access to the picking
platform, ergonomic controls and a sense of stability
and operator comfort. It has a working height of
                                                            Imer

 Snorkel – S3019E
The electric scissor lift has a stowed height of 1.76m.
It features a low step-in height thanks to the sunken
scissor stack. An ultra-narrow scissor mechanism with
a double shear design for the arm ends, full-length
outer arm pins and cross members, where possible,
on the inner arm sets, deliver a stable working
platform and enable the scissor stack to be stowed
inside the chassis.

on a single battery charge. In hybrid mode, it offers
more than a week of run time on a single tank of
diesel.

 JLG - EC articulating booms
JLG has introduced the first mid-range electric Genie
construction booms. Available in three models
–EC340AJ, EC450AJ and EC520AJ, these boom
lifts offer working heights from 12m to 18m and an
unrestricted platform capacity of 250kgs. The range
is equipped with lithium batteries and 2-wheel drive
as standard. They have outstanding terrain ability
with two independent AC drive motors.

 Manitou - 200 ATJE
This electric articulating boom has one motor (of 8.5
kW) for directional movements. The power comes
from the motor controller directly to the ECU. For
hydraulic movements, there is an electric motor
(16kW). There is no transmission oil, and rough terrain
ability remains high with a 45% of gradeability. It
                                                           JLG
