WHERE TO ROAM
LITTLE INDIA
Little India is the focal point of the Indian community in Singapore and a fun alternative to the classic
Orchid Street, that groups routinely wander through. Enjoy markets and shops full of classic Indian
curry and spices, colorful saris, henna artists, and fresh flower buds that the locals string for garland.
Groups can spend time exploring the markets, touring mosques and temples, and satisfying their
appetites enjoying mouthwatering cuisine like tandoori, roti prata (round pancakes) pulled tea and
hot milk – a traditional beverage to the Indian culture. Enhance a group experience with a stop at a
henna art class and learn about the history behind this cultural tradition or enjoy time creating tradi-
tional, Indian Garland necklaces – better yet, these can be combined!

BUMBOAT EXPERIENCE AND CLARK QUAY
Clarke Quay is an old commercial district that has been nip, tucked and
refurbished as a choice destination for bars and nightlife. The area is an excellent
option for the vibrant group that enjoys later nights, funky bars and clubs,
and a hopping social scene.

Clarke Quay is a great area for a dine-around evening. Travelers can get to the
area by bumboat and then have time to explore, grab some great food, and
finish the night together at a group event. For a fun group afterglow celebration,
VLV Singapore is the perfect party option. This ultra-lounge has a swanky light
show and DJ beats to dance the night away.

SUNDOWNER AT THE PLANTATION TABLE
This experience is perfect for a VIP group, top tier sellers or a smaller incentive.
During the evening, guests will visit the home of Indra Rani, an author, playwright and
environmentalist whose artistic pursuits range from dance, music, painting, poetry and
literature, as well as Malaya culture and history. Enjoy dinner while you listen to Indra Rani
as she tells stories of Malaya culture and days of colonial rule. Each dish is handcrafted
by a chef and served with a personal story about its origins.
