PROSPECTUS 2019
Welcome to our Recovery College
Welcome to the Spring 2019 term at the Western Trust Recovery
College. We are delighted that you have picked up our prospectus
and hope that you will decide to enrol on some of our courses.

This term we are again offering a wide range of interesting courses
and workshops, beginning in March, that are designed to promote
wellbeing and recovery. All our courses are co-designed and co-
delivered by people with lived experience of mental health issues
alongside those with professional experience and knowledge.

Courses are open to everyone - those who use services or not,
staff, carers, and members of the general public, and are all free of
charge. The College uses various community venues and we keep
our classes numbers small and informal, providing a warm and
friendly approach to learning together.

The College is now in its 5th year and we consider ourselves
fortunate to have seen so many people flourish and use the College
as a key part of their recovery journeys.

We hope you will enjoy our courses and wish everyone a successful
year ahead.
