11SELLE ROYAL COMFORT FOR CYCLISTS Selle Royal has categorized 3 riding positions to address some important contact areas: Athletic, Moderate and Relaxed. Riding position naturally has the most influence on how the sit bones and other intimate parts of the body contact the saddle. It’s these contact points that must be addressed with specific saddle designs. RIDING POSITIONS ATHLETIC 45º The Athletic rider typically sits on the saddle with a 45-degree spine angle. MODERATE 60° The Moderate rider typically sits on the saddle with a 60-degree spine angle. This more upright position moves the weight distribution and sit bone area farther back on a saddle. RELAXED 90° The Relaxed rider typically sits upright with a 90-degree spine angle. This position places over 60% of the riders weight directly over the rear of the saddle.

3D SKINGEL
This is an advanced, flexible system where Royalgel™ is placed
strategically according to the anatomical needs of the rider, resulting
in a lighter weight saddle while maintaining pressure reduction on the
perineal and ischial areas up to 40%.
ROYALGEL™
Royalgel™ guarantees the highest level of comfort, reducing pressure
peaks by up to 40% thanks to its unique tridimensional gel structure.
SLOW FIT FOAM
With its unique slow recovery property, this memory foam provides
superior comfort by molding itself to fit the shape of the body’s contact
points, creating more uniform pressure distribution while maintaining
effective support.
FOAM MATRIX
The foam matrix open cell structure confers increased elasticity and
breathability to guarantee a durable and comfortable saddle.
WATER RESISTANT
Royal Vacuum Light is a patented Selle Royal technology that allows the
saddle to be 100% sealed and therefore water resistant. Saddles made
with this production method are furthermore 20% lighter than ordinary

UNITECH
Utilizing a single material for padding and covering, this innovative

The FLEXITE shell system was created to balance flexibility with strength
by maximising performance through a unique, indented ‘channel’
structure on the bottom of the saddle body. This innovative construction

DOUBLE-COVER SIDE PROTECTION
A double-layer material applied to the sides

16HOW DOES IT WORK?
Terms & Conditions for Distributors
eZone, Scientia, Respiro, Lookin and Premium product packaging will now feature a sticker
indicating the 30-day comfort guarantee, without any variation on the product or EAN codes.
Of course there might be a phase in which some ‘old’ packs on the dealers’ saddle wall do
not feature the sticker. However, the offer is valid and applicable independent from the
communication on the pack.
• Dealers should follow the same procedure as by a normal product claim: if they are not
re-selling the products returned by the customers, they may send them back to you
according to your return policy.
• The guarantee is valid for After Market saddles only: please make sure that returned
saddles are not OEM products.
• You will receive from Selle Royal the updated Warranty Claim Report, which will include the
new option «30 Day Comfort Guarantee». The list of returned saddles should be reported
here, following the same procedure for a broken rail replacement.
• Selle Royal will check the list exactly as we do for standard claims and will be back to you
with a possible refund option (credit note or other).
• For any doubts or further information, please contact your Selle Royal Area Manager.
Terms & Conditions for Dealers
eZone, Scientia, Respiro, Lookin and Premium product packaging will now feature a sticker
indicating the 30-day comfort guarantee. Of course there might be a phase in which some ‘old’
packaging on your saddle wall does not feature this sticker. However, the offer is valid and
applicable independent from the communication on the packaging.
• Customers have the chance to try the products and give them back if they are not satisfied,
provided that:
- They return the saddle within 30 days from the date of purchase;
- They present the proof of purchase;
- The saddle has not been damaged through misuse or accident.
• The guarantee is valid for After Market saddles only: please make sure that the returned
saddle has been sold as an After Market product with dedicated packaging.
• You can decide what is the best way to refund the customer: by exchanging it with another
Selle Royal product or by other way of refund.
• Returned products can be either re-sold, if not damaged and returned with the packaging,
or sent back to the distributor as by a normal product claim. The choice is yours. In the event
that you want to send the products back, please follow the return policy you have with your
distributor.
