LEEP Registration Checklist:
Decide what activities to register for.
Call LEEP office at 507-387-5122 to register (if no one answers please leave only ONE voicemail). LEEP
staff will respond as so as they can.
Drop off or mail payment for activities to LEEP at 929 N. 4th St. in downtown Mankato (zip code
56001).
If needed, request a scholarship for up to 50% of activity cost before the event. Scholarship form is
available at www.mankatoleep.org.
Debit/Credit card payments are accepted in person at the LEEP office with a non-refundable
convenience fee.
Reminders:
LEEP has been flexible but is working to get account balances paid in full.
Please pay for the entire month of activities AFTER LEEP staff confirm your registration.
Payment plans are available, but should be requested by calling 507-387-5122.
Cancellations are appreciated as soon as possible. For night activities participants must call the LEEP
office no less than 24 hours before the event to get a credit/refund. For special events on weekends
they must call Thursday before 12 PM to get a refund.

guardians to always pay attention to the weather.
Programs will be held as scheduled if there is a
Severe Weather Watch in effect. It will be up to
participants/staff if they would like to attend. In
order to not be charged, cancellations must be
called in according to the regular cancellation
policy.
It is LEEP's policy to cancel any and all LEEP
programs if a Tornado Warning is in effect. No phone
calls will be made to participants/ staff/ guardians,
but participants will be given a credit/ refund if the
program was canceled prior to the program start.
Watch: Programs will continue as scheduled.
Severe Weather/ Tornado Warning: Programs are
cancelled.
2021 FALL SPORTS SEASON
UNIFIED FLAG FOOTBALL BOWLING
This is a non-contact sport and is open to anyone ages 8 Get ready for some strikes, good friends and fun

COVID - 19 PROTOCOL
Practice Transportation: SOMN is following the updated guidelines from Special Olympics Inc. As of
May be available based on Special Olympics COVID guidelines August 17, SOMN is currently in the orange phase (significant risk).
ORANGE PHASE REQUIREMENTS:
In order to participate in Special Olympics each
Indoor venues are limited to less than 50 participants per practice
athlete must have all forms and fees below session
complete before they can practice: No direct contact sports. Only indirect contact sports and drills/
individual skills for team sports
Special Olympics COVID-19 Training & Waiver
Masks are required regardless of vaccination status for all participants
except during rigorous exercise
Special Olympics Athlete Application & Signed Written screening required of all participants for no symptoms of
Medical Form COVID-19
Distancing is required at all times
2021 LEEP Membership Fee ($55)
Spectators are not permitted

Shared equipment needs to be sanitized between uses

No non-sport social gatherings
Private transportation encouraged. Masks required for unvaccinated
