Who attends Kirkland Oktoberfest?
Knowing our audience is crucial to our success.
We employ two methods of collecting demographic
information on the composition of our target market. Attendance Household Income
First, we capture online ticket sales data from pre-
sales of tickets.

ABOUT THE EVENT
Seattle’s Oktoberfest tradition returns to Kirkland September 24-26,
2021 ful lling a year’s worth of pent up demand! Entertainment of the
highest caliber is at the heart of this three-day festival featuring
multiple performance venues, live German music, dancing, Human
Foosball, Wiener Dog Races, competitions, games and so much
more. Northwest craft brews (along with the best imported German
biers), are served with the best cuisine our region has to o er.
Kirkland Oktoberfest transforms Marina Park into a Bavarian village,
where Oktoberfesters from across the region gather in giant
Festhalle tents, arm in arm at the long tables. It’s the most fun you'll
have this side of München. Prost! Don’t forget, the festival bene ts
some really swell local charities too, so feel good!
Time: Friday 5 pm - 11pm - start times subject to change
Saturda 12 pm - 11p - start times subject to change
Sunda 12 pm - 6pm - start times subject to change
Expected Attendance: 10,000 - 15,000
Due to Coronavirus social distancing precautions, 2021 attendance projections may be impacted in accordance with government requirements and best practices.

VIP Lounge Sponsor portion of the best Oktoberfest this side of
the Rhine? You’re in the right place. You’ll be the talk of the town. Includes
naming rights for the VIP Lounge (i.e. VIP lounge presented by your company,
the your company VIP Experience, etc.) Built out lounge with furniture, and
heaters. Naming rights to the VIP Lounge with on-site banner placement,
option to include company swag or custom activation dependent upon
company initiatives. Sponsorship Cost: $7,500
On-site banner placement on the
Human Foosball Sponsor fencing around the, option to
provide branded equipment, etc. Life-sized, Human Foosball, a crowd
favorite! Get on-site verbal mentions from the MC, on-site banner placement,
recognition on the scoring board. Sponsorship Cost: $3,500
People love dogs. Get in front of all
Sponsor de Wiener Dogs the dog lovers (that’s nearly
everyone) with your logo / custom designed label the 8th Annual Great
Kirkland Wiener Dog Races! Family-friendly all-ages event with costumed
wiener dogs parade the grounds and compete on Sunday. You’ll get a
location for your banners on corresponding fencing, on-site verbal mentions
from event MC, social media mentions, logo/name on website, logo inclusion
in marketing collateral. Option to provide swag with your logo for 50 dogs,
provide prizes for winners, other creative activations agreed upon and/or start
and nish signs with your logo/name.

are worn by VIPs, volunteers, sta , performers, artists and media.
Tokens are used for purchase of all beverages at the festival.
