Messaging And Graphics Advice
Your graphics should be clear, bold and attractive to the
visitor. They will not read huge paragraphs of text but will
respond to colour, good photography and bullet points.
Please follow the ‘6 second rule’ - your visitor should be able to look at your stand and
understand your message within 6 seconds. Your graphics should say two things - who
you are and what it is that you do. The advice here is to consult our experts rather than
try to use something that you think might be suitable. Think also about how you are going
to fix your graphics to the stand walls? - Especially if you have booked a shell scheme.
This is where we come into our own!
We will advise on the best fixings and in the case of larger stands Health and Safety
regulations. There are numerous hazards and unknowns, especially for the first time exhibitor.
