CO-ACC is the preeminent organization serving in-house
attorneys in Central and Northwest Ohio, with a
membership of 476 attorneys, ranging from the largest
corporate law departments in the area to single attorney law
departments.2021 SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM
Opportunities and Guidelines
The Board of Directors of the Central Ohio chapter of the Association of
Corporate Counsel (“CO-ACC”) is pleased to invite you to participate in the
2021 Sponsorship Program. CO-ACC is the preeminent organization serving
in-house attorneys in Central and Northwest Ohio, with a membership of
476 attorneys, ranging from the largest corporate law departments in the area
to single attorney law departments.
CO-ACC is currently accepting applications for sponsorship of
CO-ACC events and educational programs for the 2021 calendar year.
Sponsorships are available at the following levels:
Sponsorship Level Sponsorship Fee
Signature Event and Annual Meeting $2,500 and $3,500
Social Events $2,500
Sponsorships opportunities are available to legal service providers and
vendors serving the legal community. All interested parties must apply to
serve as a sponsor for CO-ACC programs by completing the 2021
Sponsorship Enrollment Form. In order to optimize program and event
choices, please E-MAIL completed enrollment forms to CO-ACC as soon as
possible, but no later than December 31, 2020.
CO-ACC will select the 2021 sponsors based on chapter needs, topic
availability, the timeliness of application submission, and prior experience.
All decisions are final and at CO-ACC’s sole discretion. CO-ACC will notify
all applicants approved as a 2021 sponsor. The applicable Sponsorship Fee is
due and payable in full within 30 days of the date of notification.2021 SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM

Invitation to Sponsor Recognition Party XSignature Event and Annual Meeting
Level Sponsorship ($2,500 and $3,500)
The Signature Event and Annual Meeting is an all-day CLE event for which
CO-ACC is the designated sponsor and will be responsible for securing the
speaker(s) and applying for CLE with the Ohio Supreme Court.
Lunch Sponsor ($3,500) includes:
Opportunity for Sponsor to give a 15-minute presentation during the spon-
sored portion of the event.
Opportunity for exhibit space at the event with the option to hand out
promotional materials.
CO-ACC will give Sponsor prominent recognition with Sponsor’s logo
displayed on the CO-ACC website and LinkedIn page.
CO-ACC will give Sponsor recognition at the event and in the promotion-
al materials for the event.
Opportunity to invite up to 7 of Sponsor’s representatives to attend the
event.
CO-ACC will invite Sponsor to attend a Sponsor Recognition Party.
Breakfast or Reception Sponsor ($2,500) includes:
Opportunity for Sponsor to give a 5-minute presentation during the
sponsored portion of the event.
CO-ACC will give Sponsor prominent recognition with Sponsor’s logo
displayed on the CO-ACC website and LinkedIn page.
CO-ACC will give Sponsor recognition at the event and in the promotion-
al materials for the event.
Opportunity to invite up to 3 of Sponsor’s representatives to attend the
event.
CO-ACC will invite Sponsor to attend a Sponsor Recognition Party.Social Events Sponsorship ($2,500)
Opportunity to plan and host either a virtual or in-person social event at
the Sponsor’s expense. Some social/networking event ideas include:
Cocktail Shake-up (The Ultimate Virtual Happy Hour)
Virtual Games (Pub Trivia, Scavenger Hunt, Family Feud, Scattergories)
Wine/Beer Tasting
Food Tasting
Rooftop Bar Receptions
Columbus Pedal Wagon
Top Golf
Museum/Arts
Other Events (Red, White & Boom, Picnic with the Pops, etc.)
CO-ACC will promote the social event to its members, prospective
members, post on the CO-ACC website, and social media outlets.
CO-ACC will give Sponsor prominent recognition with Sponsor’s
logo displayed on the CO-ACC website and LinkedIn page.
Opportunity to invite an unlimited number of company representa-
tives to attend the social event.
CO-ACC will appoint a Board Liaison to assist Sponsor with the
event, if requested.
