Welcome
It gives us great pleasure to invite you to the Royal College of Emergency Medicine’s (RCEM) 2019
conferences and study days. These events are integral to the ongoing professional development of top
Emergency Physicians in the UK.
Our flagship Spring CPD and Annual Scientific Conferences in 2019 are being held at the Europa Hotel,
Belfast, and the SAGE Gateshead, respectively. As sponsors and exhibitors, you will benefit from a
wide range of standard and bespoke packages. These have been carefully designed to ensure that
supporting these conferences will provide maximum visibility for your business to make this a real success
in making a return on your key objectives. At both events, you will be able to exhibit in the heart of the
venue, taking advantage of a range of services.
We are also delighted to open up our smaller conferences and study days to our sponsors. These more intimate
events provide you the opportunity to meet key decision makers interested in specific areas of emergency medicine practice. Many of
our study days are held at our events centre, Octavia House, in central London and we have a number of smaller conferences across
the UK.
For all our events, we are able to liaise with you to ensure you receive a personalised, bespoke approach to your requirements.
Alternatively you may want to take advantage of our money saving value packages. We will also attend to your needs including
logistics for your stand, free wi-fi and a range of attractive options to help you to maximise traffic to your stand.

Spring CPD Conference and Annual Scientific Conference
Our Spring CPD Conference is a one-track conference, primarily aimed at emergency medicine consultants. We expect
approximately 400 delegates to attend our 2019 spring event. The Annual Scientific Conference explores cutting-edge research in
the field of emergency medicine and is a multi-track event drawing delegates from a range of roles. We expect approximately 600
delegates to our 2019 autumn conference.
