Registration - can be made by Phone or In Person. Methods of payment include: cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard
Payment is due upon registration - you are not registered until we have received payment. A credit card can be used to
reserve a spot.
Register early - If minimum registration is not reached, classes will be cancelled one to two weeks in advance.
If a class is cancelled by the society - registrants will be notified by telephone/email and a full refund will be issued.
All student initiated cancellations - need a minimum of seven days notice or there will be a 35% cancellation fee assessed.
A late cancellation can result in a class not proceeding. Refunds will not be issued if student does not show up for the class.

         confidence and develop skills to manage the physical and emotional challenges of
         living with a long-term health condition.

         Managing Emotional Eating
         A series of workshops exploring why we eat the way we do and the factors that could
         be triggering food cravings.

         Diabetes the Basics
         A series of workshops that provides information about Type 2 and pre-diabetes for
         those newly diagnosed or wanting an update.

         Heart Wise – Managing Blood Pressure and Cholesterol
         A two-part workshop that provides information about blood pressure, cholesterol and
         making healthy choices to support heart health.

         Lifestyle Series
         People who want to create goals and action plans to contribute to their health and
         wellbeing. Including: Ready for Change, Sleep Well, Stress Less, Time to Move and

         Supervised Exercise Information Session
         Supervised Exercise includes pre-assessment, group supervised exercise sessions
