General Information COVID-19 Information PROGRAMS & COVID-19 Knowing that programming won’t be the same as in the past, we are committed to providing the best experience possible for everyone. We understand some of these changes may feel uncomfortable, but they have all been made in order to keep participants and staff safe. As COVID-19 regulations may change, please check our website for updated information. • All participants 2 years and older are required to wear a mask when in common areas of the buildings. Once they reach their program and are safely socially distanced they can remove their mask. • Anyone over the age of 2 in the building solely as a spectator must wear a mask the entire time. • COVID-19 SCREENING PROCESS AT CWCC & GSCC Concord Parks & Recreation has new COVID-19 screening kiosks at the City-Wide Community Center and Green Street Community Center in the front vestibules for all visitors and staff to complete upon entering the facility. - This new technology is a touchless mobile application that will provide a risk assessment to ensure COVID-19 guideline compliance and if needed to help with contact tracing. It's quick and easy to use. - Simply visit https://concordrec.icovidscreen.com/visitor via your smart phone prior to arriving for your program or class. After you complete the information a QR code will be generated for you. - The QR code is time sensitive and will expire after the end of the day (at midnight). Once the code has been scanned, use the hands-free thermometer to take your temperature on your forehead or wrist. - Access to the community centers will be granted after successful completion of this screening. We will still have staff onsite during the check in process for our classes and renters will still be required to do the same for their participants. - Everyone enter either community center will be required to be screened and have their temperature taken at the kiosk in the front entrance lobby. All visitors will be logged. Paper forms will be made available as a backup if there are any issues with the kiosk or if a visitor does not have access to a phone. Cyan Magenta Yellow Black • Participants with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 will be unable to attend programming for a least 10 days. To return, participants must have had no symptoms for 72 hours (3 days) or 2 negative COVID-19 test results 24 hours apart. • Participants who feel ill at a program will put on a mask and be moved to a private area to await pick up or will be asked to leave. • All participants, guests and spectators are encouraged to frequently wash hands or use the hand sanitizer provided throughout the building. • Participants will not be allowed in the building any earlier than 15 minutes prior to their scheduled program. • Please do not linger inside the building after your program has ended. • Renters will receive additional COVID-19 guidelines with their rental agreement. COVID-19 Indoor Rental Rules All renters must follow all indoor rules and regulations as well as the State of NH universal guidelines for COVID-19.
