Lauprecht’s core business focuses on development,
processing, trading and marketing of sustainable
timber related products. From rough sawn materials to
finished goods. Our team has worked in the global
timber and construction industry for more than 20

CERTIFICATES
The majority of our products have verified lable to ensure that
the forest products used are from responsibly harvested and
verified sources. We are able to supply volume in different
species with Nature’s barcode, CertiSource verified legal,
PEFC, MyTlas, FlegT and VLO (Verified of Legal Origin). Other
certificates are KOMO by SKH which is a Dutch quality
certificate like ISO for the professional building industry.
Within it, the complete production process is monitored and

tested.
Lauprecht is committed to protect current and future
generations. For this reason, we maximize the use of
sustainable certified timber such as 100% PEFC and FSC 100%.
As timber is a vital renewable resource, it is critical for us to
play a key role in its preservation.

MANAGEMENT
1. Country map
2. Concessions are split in 30 sections for a 30-year rotation
cycle. Sections are sampled to estimated trees and wildlife.
3. 2 years before the actual harvesting, the sections are split in
parts. Roads are set to limit harmful effects.
4. All trees including vegetation, wildlife and sacred places are
GPS plotted per item. This results in a forest plan to ensure
regeneration and natural beauty. Only trees with a certain
minimum diameter (about 60cm+) are harvested. The
company will map, enter, harvest, restore and then close
the section for 30 years. In 30 years the smaller trees can
mature for future harvesting.
