Perfect Destination Wedding Venue Our unique venue consists of a Stone Chapel, outdoor ceremony area, an Inside as well as an outside dining area, a huge bar, stylish lounge, a Boma, kitchen and 11 luxurious self catering chalets, huge swimming pool with kiddies slide, jungle gym, garden chess set, communal braai area at the pool, gas catering equipment and a pizza oven. Wedding Packages 2021
We charge R175 per person venue hire.
Facilities:
Stone Chapel with white or gold Tiffany chairs
Indoor: Dinning room, living room, bar with pool table
Outdoor: Outdoor ceremony area, dining area, boma, pizza oven, braai areas, swimming pool and play
area
Catering Equipment: Bain Maries, ice buckets, fridges, freezers, urn & braais.
Décor (Headcount Dependent):
Naked tables, white, gold or grey chairs, runners, glassware, cups & saucers, silver, gold, black or
rosegold cutlery and inhouse decor.
Outdoor pre-drinks lounge and outdoor cigar lounge with stylish furniture at an additional cost of
R1500
Secure on site parking
Accommodation
We offer 11 Luxury Self catering chalets which sleeps a total of 40. We also have some mattress
options available.
Addition Services
We offer breakfast the following morning and or dinner the night before at an additional fee.
Additional Service Providers
Catering, Waiters, Barmen, In-house Photographer, In-house Flowers, In-house DJ, Invitations &
Wedding planner etc
Terms & Conditions
Bride and groom are responsible for accommodation bookings and payment. Atila will only take 1
payment from bride and groom.
Setup fee R2500 (Setup between 10:00 - 14:00 day before event)
R2500 Kitchen hire (if you choose to use your own caterer)
Indoor facilities are available for 9 hours from start of event, whereafter an additional R500ph is
charged. Outdoor facilities are available with prior arrangement.
Boma available until 22:00 (Weather Permitting)
On the day Co-Ordinator manager/floor manager for duration of event R3000
Damage deposit of R2000 payable in advance for Venue & Accommodation (Refundable).
Venue & Accommodation must be checked by client on arrival and must notify us immediately of
any breakages.
25% Deposit payable to secure booking date.

Compulsary Fees:
Venue Hire fee of R175 per person which includes the use of our:
Inside and outside dining areas, Lounge area, Boma, Chapel or outside ceremony grass area.
Tables, chairs, glassware, crockery and in house decor available. (9 hour time frame) Extra hours
can be discussed at an additional fee of R500 per hour.
Setup/breakdown/cleaning fee @R2500
R2500 Kitchen hire (if you choose to use your own caterer)
Coordinator during the event @R3000. (9 Hours)
Bar buy out/Cash bar @R3000 on the day event which includes 1 barman.
We also offer an amazing outside pre-drinks/cigar lounge area with beautiful furniture at an
additional cost of R1500.
Breakage deposit of R2000 (refundable)
Accommodation
Our luxury self catering chalets needs to be booked out for at least 1 night at an discounted rate of
R500ppn. We also have the option of 5 extra mattresses @R250pppn once accommodation is full. We
can discuss this at a later stage as to quantities. We sleep 40 (beds) plus the 5 mattresses and there are
many other places within a 1-4km radius from our farm.
