of M&A needs involvement of good expertise deliberation, action and implementation. Hence

reporting and preparation of legal documents and have a thorough understanding of the concepts,

A student who has passed H.S.C. Examination from a recognized board and pursuing law
programme from any
recognized institute in Pune. OR A graduate from any recognized University.
Note
1. A student can opt for maximum one diploma in an academic year.
2. Students of Symbiosis Law School are allowed to concurrently pursue diploma programs with the
regular law
programme. She/he can claim exemption for that particular subject of their regular law programme
as per the rules
of SIU.
3. Upon Admission of minimum 20 students a specific diploma programme will commence.

How to Apply and Mode of Payment:
Candidates seeking to apply for Diploma Programme may submit an application form available in
the computer
laboratory by paying Rs. 300/- on the SLS counter from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on all working days.
