Day 01: Kilimanjaro International Airport – Arusha
You are met at Kilimanjaro International Airport by a representative of our local partner agency for your approx. 60
minutes private road transfer to Legendary Lodge. Hidden amongst lush vegetation and a large coffee plantation
the Legendary Lodge is surrounded by fascinating landscapes. Beautifully positioned below the rugged peaks of
Mount Meru this is the perfect sanctuary to relax and unwind in the beginning or end of your safari. Should you
prefer, a light dinner would still be served on your arrival. Legendary Lodge D

Day 02: Arusha – Mwiba Wildlife Reserve / Serengeti South
After a leisurely breakfast a very short 10 minutes transfer takes you to Arusha Airport for your scheduled flight to
the Serengeti National Park. Mwiba offers an unmatched experience of luxury adventure and is set amongst
beautiful landscape in Mwiba Wildlife Reserve, which is about 20.600 ha in size and borders the Ngorongoro
Conservation Area and Maswa Game Reserve, south of the Serengeti National Park. Upon arrival at the lodge there
is time for you to enjoy the beauty of the lodge and its setting as well as a light lunch. In the afternoon you might
like to relax during a 45-minutes welcome massage, which is included in your safari arrangement or alternatively,
you may already feel like heading out and searching for animals together with your guide. Mwiba Lodge B,L,D

Day 03 & 04: Mwiba Wildlife Reserve / Serengeti South
Enjoy 2 full days on safari. Experience the unique and remote scenery in which you hardly meet any other
travelers. The tranquility and breathtaking landscape is for sure also captivating your senses. For your stay at
Mwiba Lodge, a private guide is automatically included in your arrangement, who gladly shares his knowledge on
animals, plants and conservation. Guided day and night game drives on open safari vehicles, guided walking safaris
as well as meals and sundowners in the wilderness are on offer whilst staying at the lodge. A full day excursion into
the Ndutu region respectively into the Southern Serengeti is included for a minimum stay of 3 nights as well. With
a little bit of safari luck, you may witness the natural spectacle of the Great Migration usually crossing the Ndutu
region between January until about end of March with many wildebeest calves being born. Should you be
interested, there is a possibility to visit the cultural hunting tribe of the Hadzabe People in their natural habitat.
Upon request a combination with a ‘sleep out’ under the African sky is also possible. This option is free of any
surcharge, provides very basic accommodation and needs to be pre-booked. 2x Mwiba Lodge B,L,D

Day 05: Mwiba Wildlife Reserve / Serengeti South – Chem Chem Wildlife Reserve
After a leisurely breakfast you are transferred to the airstrip for your scheduled flight to Manyara Airstrip. Here a
representative of Chem Chem Safari Lodge is awaiting you for your transfer to the lodge, which takes about 1 hour.
Chem Chem Safari Lodge lies between the immense savannas of Tarangire National Park and the bird-rich waters
of Lake Manyara in its own approx. 16.000 ha private land concession. This area is also located within the
‘migration corridor’ between Tarangire National Park and Lake Manyara National Park. The lodge is nestled amongst
an oasis of palms with stunning panoramic views of the Rift Valley’s western escarpment. After lunch and siesta
you might like to participate in a first game activity in the private Chem Chem concession in the late afternoon.

Day 06 & 07: Chem Chem Wildlife Reserve
You have 2 whole days to explore the private Chem Chem Concession mainly on foot and certainly accompanied by
a qualified guide. The sunset arrangements at the dried lake shore of Manyara are a unique and memorable
experience. We recommend to also experience Tarangire National Park with a picnic lunch during a morning or
afternoon game drive, which is included in your arrangement as well. Beautiful private picnics, sunset dinners and
barbecues can be arranged on the shores of Lake Manyara or under a baobab tree at an extra charge. Special
attention has been paid to the Chem Chem Amani Spa, where guests get spoiled by optional revitalising treatments

Day 08: Chem Chem Wildlife Reserve - Arusha
After a sumptuous breakfast your approx. 2 hours road transfer is taking you to Legendary Lodge in Arusha. A
guaranteed day room with light lunch and early dinner has been planned in for you at Legendary Lodge. You can
lean back and relax with a nice glass of wine to resume on your beautiful journey to Tanzania. In the early evening
your private transfer takes you to Kilimanjaro International Airport. Legendary Lodge (Dayroom) B,L,D
