This program is designed to help play smarter doubles! Many doubles patterns and strategies will be discussed
through challenging drills and playing points.

TNT (TENNIS IN-NO-TIME) ADULT PROGRAM: TUESDAYS 7:30pm - 9:00pm
For those who have little tennis experience or have taken a long break from tennis and would like to get back
into the game!
Session 1: October 5 to October 26, 2021
Session 2: November 9 to November 23, 2021
Session 3: November 30 to December 21, 2021
SINGLES DRILLS: WEDNESDAYS 1:30pm - 2:30pm
This is a fun instructional program designed to improve Singles play. Stroke production, footwork, and strategy
will be discussed and trained to give players more confidence on the court.

ADULT TENNIS ACADEMY: FRIDAYS 9:30am - 11:00am
This is a live ball hitting only program that is conceived to increase ball control, consistency and ball placement.

GUIDELINES
In order for you, our valued members, your families and guests to enjoy using the club’s facilities to the fullest, we provide the following
rules and guidelines for your perusal:
1. Booking Procedures
Courts may be booked in person, by telephone or through tennis court booking on the Cutten Field’s website. To book courts on-line, you
must first register on the Cutten Fields website, navigate to tennis then court bookings.
Gold tennis members – 14 day advance booking, unlimited use of courts with no additional court fee
Silver tennis members – 10 day advance booking, unlimited use of courts with payment of appropriate court fee
Junior & Student members – (under 24) 7 day advance booking, unlimited use of courts with payment of appropriate court fee
Golf Members – no advance booking, may use the courts up to 12 times per year with payment of silver tennis court fee
2. Hours
9am – 10pm: Monday – Thursday
9am – 5pm: Friday - Sunday
Prime Time - Weekdays after 5pm & All day Saturday
Non-Prime Time - Weekdays before 5pm & All day Sunday
The bubble remains up year round.
3. Guests
Guests must be accompanied by a member. Guests are limited to six (6) visits per year. A non-member court fee will apply. Members
are responsible for ensuring that guests abide by all club policies. Golf members may play up to 12 times and pay the guest court fee.

4. Cancellation Policy
Bookings for court time may be cancelled without penalty no later than 24 hours before the time of the booking. Members will be
charged the full court fee or lesson fee for cancelling less than 24 hours before the actual booking.
5. Club Courtesies
Good sportsmanship and consideration of other players and the facilities are expected at all times. Please abide by the tennis code of
conduct, but the most important thing is to HAVE FUN. Other courtesies are:
• Cross the court at the net and only after play has stopped.
• Avoid entering another court while play is in progress.
• Should your ball land in another player’s court, please request that it be returned when play is completed.
• When your court time is over, please leave the court so you aren’t holding up the next group.
• Play safely – ensure there are no errant balls on the court before you start a point and immediately inform your partner/opponent of
a stray ball in their vicinity. If a stray ball rolls on your court in the process of completing a point and the ball disturbs either your or your
opponent, stop play and call a “let”. Replay the point.
• Players should call all balls, double bounces or foul shots fairly and honestly.
• No food or glass containers are allowed on the courts.
• Please knock as much clay as possible from your shoes before leaving the courts.
6. Golf Privileges for Tennis Members
Senior Tennis members are entitled to restricted golfing privileges. Tee times must be booked with the golf shop staff and you must be
accompanied by a golf member.
• Tennis members may play up to 6 (18 hole) rounds per year
• Tennis members shall receive a 30% discount off the applicable guest fee
7. Tennis Privilege for Golf Members
All senior and intermediate golfers are able to play tennis up to 12 times paying a guest court fee.
8. Dress Code
Only appropriate tennis wear is acceptable. Shoes must have clay-compliant soles. Jackets and warm-up pants are preferred in the
Members’ Lounge.
Unacceptable Tennis Attire
Denim jeans and denim shorts of any colour, unsightly T-shirts, backward headwear and bandanas are not permitted.
9. Returning Members
There is a $100 Admin Fee for those who return to their membership within one year of resignation. Members may consider going on a
Leave of Absence where they continue to pay the capital levy fee, but membership fees will be put on hold until they are able to use their
tennis access again. While on the leave of absence, they are still able to use the club socially.You can also read
