SDG SUMMIT BRUSSELS Executive Director of Kosovo CSR Network, Linda Tahiri will be speaking on the table "Working Skills in the 21st Century" at the Brussels SDG Summit on May 6-7, where she will present the work of CSR Kosovo Network in support of Kosovar youth.
COLLABORATIONS IN THE MENTORING
SCHEME – UNICEF PROGRAMS
Collaboration with European Young Cell Alumni
Kosovo CSR Network and European Young Cell Alumni
have started co-operation for mentoring UNICEF programs
to support and promote youth development, thus providing
new opportunities for young people to access the labor
market and decision-making.
Cooperation with TLP Citizens Corp
Cooperation with TLP Citizens Corp has been
formalized, through which Kosovo CSR Network will
jointly mentor UNICEF Youth Development Programs in
Kosovo.
COLLABORATIONS IN THE MENTORING
SCHEME – UNICEF PROGRAMS
Collaboration with KUSA
Kosovo CSR Network and KUSA (Kosovo United States
Alumni) began co-operation on joint mentoring of
UNICEF's youth empowerment programs.
Collaboration with Erasmus+, WBAA
Kosovo CSR Network started co-operation with the
association of former Erasmus+, WBAA scholars for
mentoring young Kosovars.
EARTH WEEK
The Kosovo CSR Network to mark the Earth Day has carried out several activities. The opening of the Earth Day week
started with a Hiking tour, in Rugova’s beautiful Lake - LIQENAT, and with the funds collected from this activity, pine
trees were planted in areas that previously were filled with garbage.
Additionally, on the pathway to Liqenati of Rugova, signs of dry wood with messages for environmental protection
were placed. With the funds from Hiking for Earth Day, the Kosovo CSR Networks planted the first 20 pines in
neighborhood 28 in Fushe Kosovo, a location where it was previously filled with garbage.
This collaboration was made with the organization Let's Do It Kosovo, enabling locating volunteers for cleaning and
planting. In cooperation with Let’s Do it Kosovo, the Kosovo CSR Network planted 30 other pines in Fusha e Pajtimit,
in a space that was previously used as a garbage dump.
UPSHIFT - SOCIAL IMPACT
WORKSHOP
The UPShift-Social Impact workshop, organized by IPKO Foundation with the support of
UNICEF Kosovo Program and Kosovo CSR Network as Implementing Partner, brought
together 50 young girls and boys who spent a 3-day intensive workshop that helped
increase their professional skills and capacity to solve social challenges in their
community. We have had some of the most unbelievable and diverse project ideas during
UPSHIFT, where at last five groups were rewarded with financial support of 1000 euros
and with 3-month support during the implementation period of their project by IPKO
Foundation.
ActivateTalKS
Kosovo CSR Network was present at the Activate TalKS
event, organized by UNICEF. In the booth corner was
also the Kosovo CSR Network banner where the CSR
Kosovo Network staff informed young people and
participants about the youth mentoring program and
volunteering opportunities.
Donjeta Sahatciu vuluntarily gave a lecture for business
students at Staffordshire University
Donjeta Sahatciu, Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Rrota,
also a member of the Kosovo CSR Network voluntarily gave a
lecture for business management students at Staffordshire
University. Donjeta has talked regarding her experience on
running a successful business like Rrota, she also talked
about management, business operations, and challenges that
she has encountered as a young woman in her position and
how she has surpassed them. She also talked about
globalization from her perspective.

Meridian on Earth Day
Meridian company has always marked Earth Day with some activities carried out by their staff. Meridian
has supported the activity organized in honor of Earth Day by the Municipality of Prishtina "Be a Friend
of Earth" with the planting of 100 trees in the Dardania Park. They also organized the activity in the
campaign of Cleaning Days, where staff was cleaning around the neighborhoods where they operate.
Meridian Group Management has accepted the challenge of "Plant a Tree" with the aim of contributing to
the environment as Kosovo's citizens and n this occasion has planted 10 trees in the SOS Village.

Mini Olympics with Mini Rugova
The emotions of the Olympic Games for the first time were also experienced at the Mini Olympics - the
Sports Festival organized by the Kosovo Olympic Committee.
The motto "Promise I'm going to do sports" was held at the Fadil Vokrri stadium with school attendants.
Rugove Water supported this festival of the Kosovo Olympic Committee with the aim of motivating
children to do sport.

ProCredit Bank Supports Half of the ProCredit on Earth Day
International Marathon
This year as well, for the 19th year in a row,
ProCredit Bank joined initiatives on Earth Day
ProCredit Bank supported the Half International
by donating and planting 50 trees by the bank
Marathon - Pristina 2019, which brought
staff, an event organized by the Municipality of
contestants from all over the world.

MEET OUR MEMBER Latest CSR Activities and their impact - In 2019, KIVO, together with the foundation "I Love Kosovo", have established Do It Yourself Kacanik, the third similar institution in Kosovo after Gjakova and Pristina. Do It Yourself Kacanik for KIVO is the most serious and long-term investment in the CSR area, as youth education in the southern part of Kosovo and their preparation for the labour market is an absolute priority for the company. Social Responsibility strategy (CSR) - KIVO L.L.C has focused on environmental protection, education, sports and support and socio-cultural development in the Kacanik region. In this regard, the company will continue to support the existing traditional environmental initiatives, continue to support on-the-job learning through internship programs, on-going institutional support for Do It Yourself Kacanik, and continued support for sports and cultural activities in the municipality of Kacanik.
