Queensland playing golf at some of our favourite courses.

Thursday DAY 1: ARRIVE INTO GOLD COAST & GOLF AT RACV, ROYAL PINES
17th September
2020 (no later than 9am) & Golf at RACV, Royal Pines.
Please book your flights so that you arrive at Gold Coast (OOL)
Airport no later than 9:00am in time to meet the Group Transfer
from the Airport to hotel and drop off your luggage, before heading
to golf.
One-Tee Start at Royal Pines Resort. RACV Royal Pines Resort ,
boasting 27 challenging holes of golf, is Australia’s Home of
Championship Golf. Set against a lush background along the Nerang
River, RACV Royal Pines resort is located between the Gold Coast’s
most famous beaches and the hinterland to the west.

Friday DAY 2: GOLF AT LINKS HOPE ISLAND - ONE TEE START
18th September
2020 This is golf in the great tradition. With challenges at every turn, an
unhurried, informal atmosphere, designed with the golfer in mind.
An 18 hole traditional “links” style championship course, Links Hope
Island was designed by five times British Open champion Peter
Thomson.
Bunkers that look to be shaped by the wind and undulating
wintergreen couch fairways winding through Hope Island wetlands,
any golfer could be forgiven for thinking they are playing on a course
as old as the game itself.

Saturday DAY 3: ANZAC CUP GOLF, SANCTUARY COVE - THE PALMS
19th September
2020 The Palms is considered a championship course rivalling some of
the best golf courses in Australia, now ranked in Australian Golf
Digest’s Top 50 golf courses. It has a total length of 5904 metres off
the championship tees, and has numerous water features and
hazards. Tee placements have been designed to suit a variety of
playing conditions and a diverse range of players. Nestled within
century old Cabbage Palms, The Palms golf course is a return to the
traditions of the game, with distinctive holes, deep greenside
bunkers and boldly contoured greens requiring creative shot making.

Sunday DAY 4: REST DAY
20th September
2020 Optional round at Royal Pines (not included)
Today is set aside as rest day—to enjoy the beach, the shopping, long
lunch or a combination of all of the above!
Or you can choose to have an additional round at RACV Royal Pines
- Try and make the shot you didn’t dare to in your first round. Cost is
$110.00pp (depending on numbers, we can arrange transfers or
taxis to be paid separately).

Monday DAY 5: GOLF AT THE GLADES GOLF COURSE - SHOTGUN START
21st September
2020 Nestled in a creekside valley between Robina and historic
Mudgeeraba, the Glades Golf Course has been described as one of
Greg Norman’s ‘best ever’ designs. The Glades is a par 72, 6420
metre championship course that spans 65 hectares of land. The
course layout was designed by champion golfer and Australian
sporting icon and legend Greg Norman, and s typical of his
trademark aggressive layouts.
The Glades boasts superb agronomy that is unique to the area. In
particular the greens consist of a new type of “Creeping bent grass”
that offers a true putting surface and is the preference of
professionals and amateurs alike.

Tuesday DAY 6: GOLF AT LAKELANDS GOLF CLUB - SHOTGUN START
22nd September
2020 It took twenty five years for Jack Nicklaus to find the perfect location
for his first signature golf course in Australia and the vision is now a
reality at Lakelands. The Golden Bear’s influence includes his
trademark bunkers and water features. The Windsor Green couch
fairways are neat and well groomed, while the hardy Bermuda strain
Tifdwarf greens are firm and roll honestly.

After golf you will be transferred to Golf Coast Airport for your
departing flights.

Teed Up Travel can book flights for you if required. Please contact info@teed-up.com if
you would like us to assist you regarding flights.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
A non-refundable deposit of AUD$100 per person is to accompany the booking form. The
final non-refundable payment is due on 20th July 2020 . No refunds are available after this
date. Once your deal is confirmed it becomes legally binding and full payment must be
made within 5 working days to our account shown on the Booking Form.
CANCELLATIONS
It is Cancellations by the client must be in writing to Teed-Up Golf Tours and are subject to
the following forfeit of cost per person:
• Cancellation at any time after deposit has been paid and before 20th July 2020 : 100%
of deposit will be lost
• Cancellation received after 20th July 2020 : 100% of the package value lost
Teed Up reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with
operating requirements or circumstances beyond our control. Teed Up* is not responsible
for any costs for other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations of rescheduling
of any tour departure.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Some of the times on this itinerary may change, but we will advise you of any changes as
they are known. Travel, accommodation, transport and ticket providers (including Teed Up)
change pricing and itineraries from time to time. Prior to you booking and paying for travel
in full, all prices and itineraries in our brochure are subject to change at any time. If for
some reason the price of the tour you book with us does increase from that stated in the
booking form you complete and sign then the client has the right to cancel the tour and will
receive a full refund of all monies paid as long as you advise us in writing within 14 days of
being advised of the price rise.
TWIN SHARE & NON-GOLFER SINGLE PACKAGES
If you select a ”Twin Share” package you must nominate at the time of booking who you
are sharing with on your booking form otherwise you will be recorded and charged the
price of a Single package. We are unable to find a twin share partner for you. You must
also nominate on your form if you require one bed (i.e. Queen or Double) or 2 separate
beds. Please note all Non-Golfers are assumed to be twin-sharing with a golfer. Non-golfer
Single package can be custom priced – please contact Teed Up.TERMS AND CONDITIONS
IMPORTANT – TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is highly recommended so that you may be able to recover deposits and
other payments made from the Insurer if you need to cancel for approved reasons in the
policy. AIG is our recommended travel insurer. Click here to get a quote within seconds

the quote, you can continue and purchase the cover within a few minutes. This policy
covers golf clubs up to a value of $3000, whereas many other policies only cover clubs to
$500. If you believe that you are covered for travel insurance with your credit card, please
check with your bank. Please send through your policy number and the travel insurer’s
international contact number to Teed Up. Insurance can be taken out within 12 months of
the departure date.

Teed Up is not itself a transport tour, event or accommodation provider. It acts only as an
agent for those service providers.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
This itinerary is accurate at time of compilation. Details may change due to circumstances
outside our control. Golf courses and accommodation may change depending on availability
but will be replaced by similar standard courses and hotel where possible. This tour in-
cludes the services of operators other than Teed Up Golf Tours. For example accommoda-
tion providers, golf courses, transport operators and other tour operators. In making your
tour arrangements, Teed Up Golf Tours acts only as an agent for those suppliers who are in-
dependent contractors and are not agents, employees, or servants of, or in joint venture
with Teed Up Golf Tours or its affiliates. To the extent permitted by law, Teed-Up* excludes
all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever that may arise in any way in connection with
the offer of goods and services by Teed-Up or any third parties, or in connection with the
supply of such services. Pricing and availability may change but cost increases, or itinerary
changes, will be advised in advance and are expected to be minimal. Timings and order of
