Simorgh S.n.c. is a company that imports directly
                      from Iran saffron of the highest quality.

         Thanks to an exclusive contract with an agricultural cooperative
by Torbat Heydereh Khorassan, which allows you not to have brokers and brokers,
   we can offer competitive prices by providing the highest quality ingredients.
  Products that are certified and accompanied by supported chemical analyzes
                      by the Iranian Ministry of Agriculture.

              Our company has the ability to import 2 tons per year
         of fresh and not stocked saffron, as well as being able to supply
          any quality of saffron, both in powder and stigmas, packaged

Mission

      The need to import a top-of-the-range product comes from awareness
   that there is a world market, in which about 300 tons are consumed per year
of saffron (approx. 3 destined for the Italian market), and at the same time ascertain
     that such a precious and fascinating product is offered to the consumer
          without any guarantee on the quality of the purchased product.

  Only the wording appears on the packages of saffron normally placed for sale
     saffron in pistils or saffron in powder, which in substance mean nothing.
         Giving a qualification to the product is essential for the consumer
                 may have the correct information of what you buy.

             Simorgh mainly imports and distributes 1st grade saffron,
          also marked with the triple A (AAA) indicating a higher category
      at the 1st called excellent. Saffron is certified for grades from 1 ° to 4 °
                    where the 1st is the most valuable category.
   Simorgh also imports niche products such as the Super Negin “Primo Fiore”
        which, in addition to being of exceptional quality, has characteristics
                               of absolute superiority.

Saffron
       Saffron is a plant known in botany with the name of “crocus sativus”.
 To make this spice, used in cooking, cosmetics and the pharmaceutical industry,
the stigmas are used, that is the outermost part of the flower. Its active ingredients
     derive by the amount of crocin (coloring power), by safranal (fragrance)
and from picrocrocin (flavoring), substances that are part of the carotenoid family,
      the natural antioxidants par excellence. Saffron is considered in nature
   the king of antioxidants, and also contains other elements useful to our body
          such as vitamins B1 and B2, as well as various natural flavors.

           Thanks to its active ingredients and vitamins, saffron is used
   in pharmaceuticals for the treatment and prevention of various pathologies.
 It is used, as well as in anticancer and antidepressant drugs, also as a regulator
    metabolism, as an anti-inflammatory and anti-stress. It also brings benefits
    to the cardiovascular system and on some individuals it would even have
                               aphrodisiac properties

Our Saffron
         The saffron imported from Simorgh is of the highest quality.
   Our musts are the Negin “all red 1st grade AAA”, the Top Grade 1 grade
AAA powder and the Super Negin “Primo Fiore”. We also import quality saffron
        for all consumer needs from food-industrial to pharmaceutical.

  Simorgh also has the cultivation of a certified organic land that produces
                        about 60 kg of organic saffron.
     We are able, if necessary, to have an additional 100 kg of organic
                  product available from other cooperatives.
 The direct collaboration with the Simorgh Zafferano Iran cooperative allows
    us to have a direct line between Iran and Italy without any mediation,
               thus offering particularly advantageous prices.

     they are sent to Iranian customs where they are re-inspected by chemical analysis
