Situation
The Grange occupies one of the finest elevated positions in Surrey.
The surrounding area is renowned for its superb walking and riding
countryside all protected by the Green Belt and adjoining National
Trust land and is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural
Beauty. Despite being wonderfully rural and private, it is easily
accessible to the main arterial routes and airports. Cobham is very

including Effingham, Wisley, Beaverbrook, Wentworth, The RAC and
