CHAMPAGNE, PROSECCO AND SPARKLING WINE
Cava El Pont de Ferro, Brut, Penendez, Spain, ABV 11.5% | £32.50
Fresh, lively and light bodied Cava bursting with citrus and pear aromas, a persistent fizziness, and a slight
peach flavour and a crisp, well-balanced finish.
Simonsig Kaapse Vonkel Brut, Stellenbosch, South Africa, ABV 12.5% | £40.00
A delicate sophisticated Cap Classique, with wonderful Champagne-esque citrus and biscuity flavours, fresh
acidity, length and smoothness that rolls on the tongue.

WHITE WINE
Hamilton Heights Chardonnay, Australia, ABV 13% | £24.00
An elegant Aussie Chardonnay, bright lemon in color with a fresh nose full of ripe peach and citrus. The palate
has a nice weight with flavours of ripe mango, pineapple and peach, crisp acidity and green apple notes. The
tropical notes linger on the palate finishing long and refined.
Los Caminos Sauvignon Blanc, Chile, ABV 12.5% | £25.50
From the vineyards of Lake Rapel in Colchagua Valley, this is a vibrant aromatic Sauvignon Blanc with a floral
bouquet of nettle, grass and grapefruit balanced by citrus, gooseberry, passionfruit and a pleasant acidity.
Viento Aliseo Viognier, Dominio de Punctum, Spain (Organic), ABV 13% | £32.00
This wine is made from organically-grown grapes. Biodynamic practices have been applied improving the soil
structure and enhancing the natural cycle of the vines in order to achieve the highest quality wines. It shows
a bright golden colour with lime reflections. Fruity citric aromas and magnolia or Tahiti flowers-like scent.
Mouthwatering and well-structured acidity.

RED WINE
Hamilton Heights Shiraz, Australia, ABV 13.5% | £25.50
Bright ruby red in colour, this Aussie Shiraz is bursting full of inviting blackcurrant and blackberry aromas on
the nose. The palate is smooth and soft with juicy black fruit flavours and a hint of spicy pepper. Soft tannnins
give structure to the wine which has a long and polished finish.
Frunza Pinot Noir, Romania, ABV 12.5% | £26.00
A beautiful red colour, this Pinot is an instant crowd-pleaser packed with juicy red berries and a soft, velvety finish.

A perfumed aromatic dessert wine made from late picked Muscat grapes grown in the Catalan region of
Roussillon. This fragrant, easy drinking dessert wine has a floral scent with hints of honey and raisins. The
pleasant sweetness is elegantly balanced with a touch of citrus acidity
Chateau Les Mingets, Sauternes, Bordeaux, France, ABV 13.5% | £30.00
A rich and concentrated dessert wine from hand harvested Semillon grapes affected by noble rot and matured
in oak barrique. It has a concentrated, luscious character, intense flavours of caramelised fruits, pear melon and
almond, rounded and balanced by good acidity on the finish.

WHITE WINE
Tarabilla Blanco, Galicia, Spain, 2019, ABV 11% | £22.00
A delicious blend that makes this is very easy drinking and full of fresh green apple, citrus and pear flavours,
with attractive balance and a clean, crisp finish.
La Source Réserve Blanc, Pays d’Oc, France, 2016, ABV 12.50% | £24.00
This delicious southern French blend shows lovely confit of lemon on the nose with hints of almond. On the
palate, it has juicy citrus fruit with a touch of white pepper on the finish.

Boatman’s Drift Chenin Blanc, South Africa, ABV 12% | £26.50
Boatmans Drift takes its name from the 18th century legend of the Flying Dutchman; a ship which was lost off
the Cape of Good Hope in a storm. Made 100% Chenin Blanc, this wine is a pale lemon in colour with a
bouquet of apple and white flowers. The palate is crisp with notes of white peach, mango and guava and a
fresh and zesty acidity.
Perola do Lima, Vinho verde, Portugal, ABV 12% | £28.50
Full of elegance, lightness, great complexity. Its fine aromas of white flowers, zesty lime and green apple
flavours are complemented by a slight and refreshing spritz on the finish typical of this wine.
Rioja Blanco, Viura Verdejo Fincas de Azabache, Spain, ABV 12% | £30.00
This young white Rioja has a strong fruit bouquet with intense citrus and apple aromas. Smooth on the palate
and dry in style, with fresh and fruity flavours of lemon, green apple and white peach.
Sauvignon Blanc, Turning Heads, New Zealand, ABV 13% | £32.00
Sourced from young vines from the Wairau region, it produces a typically vibrant aroma of ripe gooseberries,
herb and nettle aromas to accentuate the Marlborough calling card. An expressive dry white that exhibits
tropical flavours of pineapple and lime yet retains a crisp citrus acidity to balance a richly textured palate.
Riesling, ‘Family Vineyard’ Wairau River, New Zealand, ABV 13% | £40.00
Typical notes of white peach and limes enhanced with subtle nuances of orange blossom. The concentrated
palate has a wonderful intensity of grapefruit and citrus balanced by cleansing mineral acidity.

Tarabilla Tinto, Galicia, Spain 2019, ABV 12% | £22.00
Three-way blend of peppery Garnacha, rich Tempranillo and a sizeable dollop of Cabernet Sauvignon. Warm
and beautifully balanced, this is perfect on its own or with grilled meats and tapas
La Source Réserve Rouge, Pays d’Oc, France, 2016, ABV 12.5% | £25.00
Seamlessly blends the soft ripe fruits from the Cabernet and Merlot, with the vibrant sweet spices of Syrah.
Hamilton Heights Shiraz, Australia, ABV 13.5% | £25.50

raspberry and plum with notes of liquorice and finishes soft and rounded.
Whale Point Pinot Noir, Australia, ABV 13% | £30.00
This Pinot Noir from South East Australia is a pale ruby red in colour with a soft nose of redcurrants and red
cherries. The palate is very smooth with a core of red fruit flavours and sweet spices supported by supple
tannins giving structure to wine. The finish is long and smooth with the red cherry and raspberry notes lingering
on the palate.
Pinot Noir Turning Heads, New Zealand, ABV 13.5% | £35.00
This wine is aged in a combination of new and old fine grain French oak for 10 months. The palate has ripe red
fruit characters of plums, cherries and raspberries along with smoky oak and well-integrated, supple tannins. A
medium bodied wine with a sustained and elegant finish.
Pinot Noir ‘Family Vineyard’ Wairau River, New Zealand, ABV 13.5% | £38.00
This beautiful wine it is fermented and aged in oak for 9 months, creating a Pinot Noir to rival those from
Burgundy. The wine shows aromas of cherry and wild berry fruits, shadowed by supple oak, whilst the palate is
soft and generous, showing true varietal flavours.
Châteauneuf-du-Pape, ‘Le Calice de Saint Pierre, Rhône Valley, France, 2014, ABV 14.5% | £42.00
A clean, fresh and modern style blend with 95% Grenache, 2% Syrah and 3% Mourvèdre. This aromatic wine is
full of spice, black pepper and sweet red fruits.

La Source, Reserve Rosé, Pays d’Oc, France, ABV 12.5% | £26.00
A blend of 60% Cinsault and 40% Grenache, this wine from Mas de la Source has the perfect balance of soft,
ripe fruit and freshness, with notes of strawberry, raspberry and rose petal.
La Loupe Carignan Rosé, France, ABV 13% | £27.00
Salmon-pink in colour, with a lovely nose of summer fruits and blossom. The palate is crisp and clean with a
good citric acidity and flavours of strawberry, raspberry and red cherry with subtle floral hints of rose and
blossom. A perfect summer wine, easy-drinking and very fresh.
Malbec Rosé, `ES Vino`, Mendoza 2018, Argentina, ABV 13.5% | £31.50
Bright and intense in colour with violet hues and concentrated aromas of berries and summer fruits. The palate
is an explosion of redcurrants, raspberries red cherries and blackberries with a citric acidity that cuts through the
sweeter berry flavours resulting in a smooth and velvety wine, expressing very fruity and fresh flavours.

ORGANIC AND BIODYNAMIC WINE
Viento Aliseo Viognier, Dominio de Punctum, Spain (White Wine), ABV 13% | £32.00
This wine is made from organically grown grapes*. It shows a bright golden colour with lime reflections. Fruity

This wine is made from organically grown grapes*. Shiny raspberry pink coloured with a bouquet of red cherries.
Rich and fresh on the palate.
Ruminat Primitivo, Lunaria, Biodynamic, Italy (Red Wine), ABV 14% | £44.00
A bright ruby red in colour. On the nose, aromas of black cherry and violets leap from the glass. The palate is
soft and smooth with notes of sweet black cherries and blackcurrant fruits combined with notes of cinnamon
and cloves supported by lovely soft tannins. Well balanced with a fresh acidity and a long, fruity finish.
Cantina Orsogna is an award-winning Abruzzo cooperative specialising in native grapes of the region such as
Montepluciano d`Abruzzo, Cococciola and Pecorino. Orsogna are committed to the biodynamic principles by
which they make their wine and have many certified Demeter biodynamic wines. Under the brand Lunaria, they
support the activities of the WWF LIFE Euroturtles project to protect turtles in the Mediterranean.

Eisberg Cabernet Sauvignon, Germany | £22.00
A rich, alcohol-free red wine with deep ruby colour and aromas of cherries and plums. And with only 26 calories
in a 125ml glass, what’s not to love?

Eisberg Chardonnay, Germany | £22.00
A fresh, crisp Chardonnay with hints of lemon, ripe peaches, and soft vanilla. The alcohol has been carefully
removed, making it perfect to enjoy at any time. 28 calories per 125ml.

Natureo, Muscat de Alejandria, Torres, Spain | £25.00
Natureo is the fruit of long term research, placing Torres at the forefront of high quality de-alcoholised wine
since 2008. Made entirely from Muscat, the wine is fermented and then the alcohol is carefully removed, thus
preserving its full aroma and flavour. Excellent as an aperitif, as well as paired with fish, seafood and rice dishes.

Natureo, Syrah, Torres, Spain | £25.00
Natureo is the fruit of long term research, placing Torres at the forefront of high quality de-alcoholised wine since
2008. Made entirely from Syrah, the wine is fermented and barrel aged in French oak. The alcohol is then carefully
removed, to preserving its full aroma and flavour. A perfect match with pasta dishes and roasts.

Vaux Traublein, Organic, Pfalz, Germany | £29.00
This artisanal sparkling wine is made from 100% organic natural ingredients making it the perfect bubbly for
those who aren’t drinking. Refreshing with a gentle sweetness and soft mousse. It is absolutely delicious with
canapes, salads and seafood.
