    WHAT'S NEW
Our H-F Student COVID Flow Chart (see page 9) has been updated slightly.
Updates include a change to reflect a new recommended from IDPH for fully
vaccinated students who have been in close contact with a positive case. These
students may now return to H-F after a 7-14 day quarantine (instead of a 10-14 day
quarantine) with permission from the district.
SHIELD Illinois testing began at H-F in late October. If you are interested in
signing your student(s) up for this free weekly screening, please contact School
Nurse Lottie Parker at 708-335-5536 or lparker@hf233.org.
Two additional contact tracers have been added to the H-F staff. You may be
receiving a call from these new staff members after completing the D233 COVID-
    19 Reporting Form.
    Please remember to continue:
Monitoring your student(s) for COVID-19 symptoms.
Getting your student(s) tested if they are having symptoms.
Contacting H-F early in the process if your student is having symptoms, has
been a close contact to a positive case, or tests positive.

Thank you for doing your part to keep our school & community safe!
