 New Health Order came out earlier today, takes effect 5/4, with some
  easing of restrictions:
     https://www.smcgov.org/press-release/regional-shelter-place-orders-
      extended-some-rules-ease
     Extends the current Shelter-in-Place order through 5/31.
     Construction can resume, but must meet certain Construction Safety
      Protocols
     All real estate transactions will also now be able to resume, but with
      continued restrictions on open houses and limitations on in-person viewings.
     Landscapers and gardeners are now allowed.
     Can recreate up to 10 miles away from your residence instead of 5.
     Social distancing and face covering requirements still in effect.
 Some County Parks re-opening 8am-7pm starting 5/4, including San

    Over 60 meals distributed today, double from last
     week
    Small number were delivered to those that
     couldn’t make it to Mission Blue
        Thank you to residents like Nancy Lacsamana who
         picked up her neighbor’s lunch for them!

 Call (415) 508-2144 & provide your name and
  contact number to reserve your meal
 Pick up available on Weds. 12-12:30pm in the
  Mission Blue Center parking lot

 Overview of Impact of COVID-19 on City
  Revenues/Impacts
    Loss of Hotel and Sales Taxes
    Reducing expenditures through hiring freeze and
     reduction on non-essential expenditures
    Impacts: delay or reduction in non-essential services
     such as cosmetic and aesthetic issues (i.e. landscaping).
    Slower response times for non-emergency calls
 Anticipated Budget Public Hearing scheduled for
  June 4, 2020
    For City’s Two-Year Budget: Fiscal Year 2020-2021 and
     Fiscal Year 2021-2022
