GENERAL TERMS
1- CANDYLAND wristbands allows you to enter / exit the park and these wristbands are used to make all your payments.
You can get the lists containing information about paid and free services from the counter at the entrances.
2- Candyland redraws the limits of adrenaline for everyone with its fun and exciting options. When you choose the daytime
option (10:00 - 17:30) for your entry, all units and activities are waiting for you. The use of our slides in the area is free.
Amusement park and activities in tents, food courts, markets and safe boxes are excluded from free services.
3- In CANDYLAND, you can make your payments only through the wristbands given to you at the time of entry.
You can top up your wristbands credit with cash or credit card at the payment points in CANDYLAND.
4- Wristbands should be kept in the original and as given to you. If the wristbands are broken or lost, please contact the
theme park reception. The officer can request identification and matching signature when necessary. Do not leave your
wristband / bill with you until the end of your visit. Legal action will be taken regarding counterfeit wristbands or
fraudulent use.
5- The operation of entertainment units inside the CANDYLAND can be affected by weather conditions and maintenance
work. Get information from the theme park reception about our units that have been closed due to technical issues.
6- The visiting period of Park wristbands are valid (1 day) within the working period of CANDYLAND.
7- There will be no refund or cancel in CANDYLAND wristbands.
8- The companions are responsible for their accompanying persons and visitors under the age of 12 are not allowed to
enter the park alone. Guests under the age of 18 are not accepted as companions.
9- It is forbidden to enter CANDYLAND with flammable, explosive materials, sharp-piercing tools, weapons and with
other dangerous materials.
10- Pets are not allowed in the Candyland area.
11- In the CANDYLAND area, it is forbidden for guests to bring Frisbee , ball and similar objects, as well as scooters,
skateboards, bicycles, roller skates and similar equipment that may negatively affect the safety in the area..
12- CANDYLAND Management or the person / persons authorized by the CANDYLAND management have the right to
prevent visitors from entering the park and to send away the visitor from the park in case of the peace and security is in
danger, due to theft, aggressive attitudes, being against all the parking rules, getting ahead in the queue unfairly.
13- It is forbidden to bring any kind of food, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage into the CANDYLAND area.

DRESS CODE
1- In CANDYLAND area wearing suitable clothes (swimming suits) for pool and slide use; The pools and units
must be used with these clothes.
2- Visitors are required to wear suitable shoes and slippers throughout the day.
3- Before using the pools for babies and children under the age of 3, it is mandatory to use special
water resistant swim diapers. (Standard diapers are not suitable.)
4- Visitors are responsible for all your belongings. CANDYLAND is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

DISABILITY POLICY
1- Disabled guests are required to enter CANDYLAND accompanied by a companion.
2- In order to assess the suitability of the disabled person, the disabled person and his companion must
follow a complete boarding process and strictly obey all safety signs and safety instructions. Should not
be taken in any doubt. Officials cannot assess the ride suitability, but can determine compliance with
the ride restrictions if visible.
3- If you have any questions, you can contact the CANDYLAND reception before entering the waiting queue.
4- Companions take full responsibility for their boarding decision, taking into account the physical facilities
of their dependents, safety signs, evaluation of the course structure and the natural risks of getting on the
entertainment devices.
5- In cases where have to assisted to the companions, to disabled person to sit and unload the staff in
charge can assist but are not allowed to lift the disabled person; because they does not have master safe
lifting techniques according to its disability.
6- The staff in the Candyland area have the right not to allow the use of some slides that are not deemed
suitable for the safety of disabled guests.

REGULATIONS
1- All units have limitations for your safety and comfort, such as health status, weight, height, age and attendant
requirements. These limits must be obeyed.
2- All photos, video and audio recordings taken by you are for your private use only. Commercial use, reproduction or
production for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without our written permission.
3- For security reasons, our park is monitored by CCTV camera system.
4- Smoking is allowed in certain areas, smoking is prohibited except in the specified areas. These areas are specified
in accordance with Law No. 4207 and related Laws.
5- It is forbidden for pregnant women, heart and blood pressure patients, physical ailments and skin infectious diseases,
a

8- Entertainment units always carry a certain risk. By your participation you accept the natural risks that a prudent person
should be aware of. When using the entertainment units, you should consider this as a good decision-making exercise and
follow the written warnings and limitations of the units and the verbal warnings of the staff.
9- Theme Park has taken all necessary precautions to provide you with a safe and fun park. The warning and
information boards created as a result of these measures and the issues specified by the officials must be followed.
Nevertheless, due to your damages or losses to your private belongings, personal injury, death, if this loss, damage or
injury may occur due
to the carelessness of the person; and consequences or injuries that may arise due to not knowing how to swim; and not
following the rules to be followed; if these entry rules or otherwise occurred including the negligence of CANDYLAND,
Theme Park cannot be held responsible.
