Promotion Package terms & conditions: The Beyond Memorable Promotion is available to new wedding bookings made a minimum of one year in advance of wedding date at participating Secrets, Breathless,
Dreams and Now Resorts & Spas. This package is only available for purchase by groups with a minimum of 50 guests and 75 room nights cumulative (for the selling price of $7,500) or a minimum of 80 guests and
120 room nights cumulative (for the selling price of $11,999). Wedding date and room availability must be confirmed with the resort in advance of purchasing the package. Prices and package inclusions subject to
change without notice. Discount on spa treatments cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotion or offer. This package is not combinable with the Save Your Date or 3G promo-

What will they experience?
Private Site Inspection
Wedding couples will receive a personal site inspection of the resort, identifying ceremony and reception location options.
One-On-One
All their questions will be answered! The resort’s Wedding Coordinator will sit down with the couple to discuss the vision for the
wedding day including décor, menu options and more!
Receive Credit
The couple will receive credit to use towards wedding extras for wedding events, bachelorette party or the honeymoon if they book
30 days of their return date.
Terms and Conditions: Wedding couple can obtain this special rate by contacting their travel agent, tour operator or hotel directly for the couple
to be eligible for the credits.
All on-site meetings and site inspection dates and times must be confirmed with the wedding coordinator in advance of travel.
Resort Credit:
If wedding date is booked within 30 days of return date, the couple will receive:

Breathless Punta Cana highly recommends that all additional decorations and/or favors be brought with the
couple on the plane. If it is necessary to ship boxes prior to the couples arrival, we suggest using either FEDEX
or UPS and shipping everything a month and a half in advance to ensure all boxes clear customs.
• Please be advised that food, animals, insects or natural flowers are not permitted to enter the Dominican
Republic.
• Label all boxes with your name and clearly specify the date you will be arriving. Breathless Punta Cana will
deliver gifts to the guest’s rooms. There will be a $3.00 USD. A complete list of all guests along with room
numbers is required.Once the boxes have been shipped, please send an e-mail to the wedding coordinator
with the following information to allow us to track the packages:
• Bride’s name
• Tracking number
• Shipping company
• Number of boxes

breathless punta cana resor t & spa 34PAY M E N T P O L I C Y Deposit Policy A $100.00 deposit is required to confirm and hold the requested wedding date. This deposit can then be applied toward ceremony and/or reception upgrades which have been purchased in addition to the wedding package. If the wedding couple chooses not to purchase additional ceremony and/or reception amenities, the credit can then be applied toward any room charges upon check out, including but not limited to phone charges, spa treatments and logo shop purchases. Any remaining credit balance will be refunded in the form of the original payment. Cancellation Policy The wedding can be canceled six or more months prior to the confirmed date without penalties. If the wedding is canceled within six months, the non-refundable deposit will be kept as a penalty. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
Documentation required by the Dominican Law in order to be legally married in the Dominican Republic.
Civil Wedding
• Birth Certificate of Bride and Groom or certified copy of Birth certificate. If parents’ names are not shown
on the certificates, please indicate them separately.
• Notarized Declaration of Single status for the Bride and Groom. If previously married, submit two copies of
the Divorce Decree or Death Certificate. There is a mandatory waiting period for women, 10 months before
they are legally allowed to remarry.
• A photocopy of Bride and Groom’s Passport (or documents used to enter the DR).
• Photocopies of all Witnesses Passports (cannot be family members). If necessary, resort will provide
witnesses.
• Bride & Groom must be in the country 3 business days prior to the wedding. Symbolic and non-legal
ceremonies allow flexibility for arrival date. Please speak with the wedding coordinator to discuss
requirements.
Please note: The Dominican Republic is now a member of the La Hague Convention, please have your official documents apostilled
by your Secretary of State Office. You can Also contact “Vitalcheck.com” to request apostilled Documents. All documents must be
translated and legalized by the Dominican Consulate prior to arriving in the Dominican Republic, except for the Passports. The
documents should be legalized by the Dominican Consulate no more than 3 months prior to the wedding date. It is the couple’s
responsibility to have all the documentation ready prior to the wedding. The Judge is an outside service provided by the Dominican
Government. We cannot be held responsible for any delay or alteration. The Judge will duly register your Wedding Certificate at the
Central Civil Board and legalize it with the Foreign Affairs Department of the Dominican Republic. We will then send the Wedding
Certificate to the couple via mail which may take up to 10-12 weeks. The Civil Wedding is celebrated in Spanish. If necessary,
