Congratulations on your engagement and thank you for thinking of
Mill Run for your big day!
We are excited to have you.
Nestled in the rolling hills of Uxbridge Township, Mill Run Golf Club offers the
natural setting you’ve been looking for to say your I do’s. Mill Run’s rustic, yet
elegant atmosphere features manicured lawns and gardens, exposed brick,
and Siloam Pond (home to seasonal swans).

Ceremony Garden
$1,000
Up to 175 Guests
A beautifully manicured outdoor ceremony
site with seasonal gardens overlooking Siloam
pond. Available Spring, Summer, and Autumn.
Ballroom
$2,000
Up to 250 Guests
A large and open ballroom with rustic exposed
brick and built-in dancefloor. Includes patio
access. Ballroom can be split for groups with
less than 80 guests.
Sunroom & Patio
$400
Cocktail Reception
Perfect for cocktail hours or small receptions.
The sunroom has a private bar and large
windows facing the golf course.

Questions
Do you have exclusive in-house vendors?
No. Aside from catering, you are free to bring in any vendor you like without extra charge or penalty. If
you need a hand finding some great vendors, we can definitely recommend some to you.
What’s the payment plan for the entire bill? What forms of payment do you accept?
For events booked more than 3 months from event date, the payments are divided in three parts.
25% deposit on signing, 50% 30 days prior to event, and the final 25% due 24 hrs before event.
For events booked less than 2 months from event date, we will require a 50% deposit at signing and
final payment of remaining balance 24hrs prior to event.
Is there WI-FI available? Is it free?
Yes, and yes! You and your guests will have access to our free guest WI-FI
Are there any golf perks?
Yes! Depending on your wedding package, you may qualify for a free membership or green fees. Ask us
for more info when booking.
