      • Swissôtel records a low but respectable level of awareness
        despite its limited network.
      • Compared to much bigger legacy giants, Swissôtel is struggling to
        emerge as a strongly loved brand worldwide. But in 2 countries,
        China & USA the image is positive and valued: more
        contemporary, more leisure, more intimate, with a high status
        level. This allows the brand to achieve a higher perceived price
        premium in these 2 countries.
