We’ve never (in the last 70 years, anyway, and almost certainly never ever) played
in the same division as Dorchester, so we’ve never met in league action.
We’ve met them once in the FA Cup and once in the FA Trophy. In the FA Cup we
drew 2-2 away in 1995/96 but lost the Cuthbury replay 2-0. In the FA Trophy we
beat them 3-1 at their place in the first qualifying round in 2014/15.
We’ve faced Dorchester only seven times in other competitions in the past 30 years
or so. The results were:
2003/04 - Two Counties Challenge Cup: Dorchester 3 - 1 Wimborne
                                             Wimborne 0 - 2 Dorchester
