                                                                                                                            Store window boasts the message, “Merry Xmas
                                                                                                                            - Happy New Year,” but we know from a pencil
                                                                                                                            notation that the image was taken on October
                                                                                                                            26, 1918, for placement in the souvenir box at
                                                                                                                            the “new” federal post office (which now serves
                                                                                                                            as Valparaiso City Hall). The entire box and its

                                                                                                                                                                                      EXHIBITS
                                                                                                                            contents (including this image) are now part of the
                                                                                                                            PoCo Muse Collection.
