                         The City of Woodstock has a wide variety of different programs and
                         facilities that will be sure to help you and your family get active,
                         relax and have fun this season. Everything from splash pads and
                         pools, parks and trails, recreation and cultural programs and much
                         more! If you have children between the ages of 4–12 be sure
                         to check out our increased opportunities for summer camp! We
                         encourage you and your family to Go Out, Get Active and Be Healthy
                         this season by trying some of our June is Parks and Rec Month
                         activities, visiting our local parks and stopping by the Green Street
                         Challenge at Street Fest. Take some time to look at the Spring/
                         Summer 2019 Recreation and Leisure Guide as use this as a tool

This program is focused on introducing preschoolers to 8 different sports. During
the program preschoolers will have the opportunity to build self-confidence and
learn skills in a fun and interactive way. 16 months–3 year olds require a parent to
participate during program. The June 15 summer session is focused on introducing
a combination of t-ball and soccer to your young one. There is an additional
$22.00 included in the fee for your child to receive a jersey and ball.

Scratch Coding

Scratch is a beginner programming language created by students at MIT. This is a
good entry level programming language, as it uses an easy drag and drop coding

TD Summer Reading Club 2019: Natural World
Free! Registration begins Saturday June 1, 2019. Registration in person only.
                       This summer, the TD Summer Reading Club invites you to unplug and take
                       a moment to explore the stories and science of nature through adventure
                       and play—to marvel at a growing seed, be awed by
                       extreme weather, and wonder about our connection to
                       each other and the earth that sustains us. Whether
                       exploring in our own backyards or the world beyond,
                       we’re sure to be amazed by the natural world and the
                       role it plays in our imaginations and our daily lives.
Kids play Wolfie-o-poly to find great books to read, earn lots
of prizes and collect stickers for their logbooks. Interact with
the TD Summer Reading Club website with a link from our
website. With club times every morning, afternoon and evening
it’s easy to drop in to play, enter our weekly draw for great prizes and participate in
our weekly scavenger hunt. Program runs from June 1 to August 31, 2019.
