    • Replace the city’s street lighting with LED lights

    • Install more efficient heating, ventilation and
      cooling at the Albury Entertainment Centre

      The proposed 2.3 per cent rate rise is in line with the NSW rate peg.

      There will be a 1% increase to the average water access charge but no increase to
      sewerage or kerbside waste collection charges.

      What does this mean? For the average residential property, total rates will rise by 1.2% or
      64 cents a week.
