Worrigee Rd NowraWelcome to the March 2021 Competition of the Shoalhaven Dressage Club SDC Committee Patron: Maurice Bruce President: Wendy Collin Vice President: Tibby Barbour Secretary: Cathy Chittenden Treasurer: Angela McCarthy Committee: Jane Bruce, Ros Quist, Charlotte Phillips, Jess Morgan, Cathrin McMillan, Hayley Pulja At this competition please note • Direct all enquiries to our Chief Steward Wendy Collin • All competitors must have a gear check before they ride every test or immediately after. • Australian approved helmets must be worn at all times whilst riding. • Phone scratchings and time draw enquiries to Cathy Chittenden shoalhavendressage@gmail.com, or on the day Wendy Collin 0401 067 592. • Check the club’s Facebook page link on the website for competition information re the weather. • Please consider the neighbouring houses and drive slowly. • Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times whilst on the common. • Parents please do not allow your children to run between arenas and among the floats. • Coffee Van will be in attendance • Competitors who enter official classes, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are financially current with EA. If the Club is advised that you are not current, your results will become “HC” and no refund will be forth coming. • Bridle numbers are compulsory in all events • Green stallion discs are compulsory on all stallions • Club shirts may be worn in junior and members only competitions, plaiting is not compulsory for junior and member only competitions • Scratchings are eligible for a 50% refund of entry fees (not admin fees) on presentation of a medical certificate within 24 hours. • Please check in using the QR code displayed on the grounds, and sent with the draw • Please do not attend if you have cold/cold symptoms or have been in contact with a suspected/confirmed case of Covid 19 • Please observe social distancing whilst on the grounds • Callers permitted for all tests • Have a great day
