Natalie Sideserf

Natalie Sideserf is an award-winning cake sculptor
and educator best known for her realistic human
bust, pop culture, and still life cakes. Along with
running her cake business Sideserf Cake Studio out
of Austin, Texas Natalie provides free cake tutorials
on her YouTube channel, teaches live cake classes
internationally, and is featured on television. Her
most popular online tutorials include hyper-realistic
cakes of savory foods and pop-culture characters
such as Baby Yoda and a bust cake of character

  Mike and Evelyn first introduced the non-edible pastes into the Cake Industry over
     20 years ago – for modelling and flower making for decorating purposes.

   The skills are the same as for sugarcraft, but the mediums are virtually unbreak-
