The Conyers Spring Fling

Dear Prospective Participant,
Redline Event Production and the City of Conyers invite you to the 13th Annual Conyers Car Show. This
year’s event will be held Saturday, May 1 from 11:00 am until 4:00 p.m. in the Historic Commercial
District of Olde Town Conyers on Center, Commercial, and Railroad Streets.
Participants will have a rare opportunity to show their vehicles in an intimate setting on the barricaded
streets of historic Olde Town Conyers, and compete for prizes and awesome trophies. There will be
ample space for local businesses and organizations to promote their business and/or goals at one of
our vendor areas, and we encourage each of them to come for the day. Please plan to attend and
share with us your awesome car, your exciting business, your wonderful wares, and a sense of
community.
We are anticipating a record number of entries for this event along with vendors, exhibitors, and much
more. In order to make this year’s event a success, we are asking local corporations, businesses, and
organizations to join us as sponsors. Our goals for this event are to help bring attention and continued
prosperity to Olde Town Conyers, to provide a venue for local businesses to promote themselves, to
provide an inexpensive day of fun for local families.

or complete and return the enclosed forms. Please read the enclosed information carefully. Fees, paid
in full, are due with your completed application. Send only one check to cover all fees. All checks will
be deposited upon receipt and checks should be payable to RedLine. (A $30.00 charge applies to any
returned check) Pre-registration for cars is encouraged and will receive a $5 discount. Vendors and car
owners must pre-register and pay applicable fees prior to April 24, 20201 to receive the discount. Car
owners are welcome to register on-site the day of the event.

All mailed applications for reserved spots, must be postmarked on or before April 24, 2021
Walk up registration will be accepted the day of the show
Set Up opens at 10:00 a.m. ~ Show begins at 11:00 a.m. ~ Trophy presentation 3:00 – 3:30 p.m.
The Conyers Car Show Committee reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules.
An application is a commitment to show.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR CANCELLATION OR REMOVAL FOR CAUSE.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the show may be terminated at the discretion of the
organizers. There is no alternate date for inclement weather.
1. All participants must check in at the registration tent upon arrival.
2. Only the registered vehicles may be in the viewing area during show times, golf carts, scooters,
bicycles, skateboards, or any means of personal conveyance other than ADA approved will not
be allowed.
3.Five (5) miles per hour speed limit will be enforced.
4. No alcoholic beverages area allowed.
5. Profanity will not be tolerated.
6. No food or beverage will be sold except by authorized concessionaires.
7. All exhibitors will be required to supply their own tents, chairs, tables, electrical cords, etc.
8. Each vendor space is 10x10, each car space is 1.5 parking spaces. Each exhibitor must keep within
the assigned space unless additional space has been purchased.
9. Booths must be neat in appearance and not detract from neighboring displays.
10. Each exhibitor is responsible for their own trash removal.
11. Exhibitors are not allowed to stake tents into the asphalt or concrete in the streets of Olde Town.
12. Exhibitors are required to handle their own sales tax.
13. Booths must be manned at all times and exhibit their work for the entire show day. Exhibitors
may not remove their exhibits until the end of the show day at 4:00 p.m.
14. All participants must sign the release form (attached) in order for the application to be accepted.
15. Electricity is a PAID amenity. You must pay when you apply.
16. Gas powered generators are not allowed in the show area.
17. No pets please.
18. Checks returned unpaid by the bank will result in immediate disqualification, and a fee of $30.
19. The Conyers Car Show reserves the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
20. Any participant failing to meet all requirements and regulations may be asked to leave the show
area and/or will be disqualified. We reserve the right to reject and/or eject any persons or firm
deemed undesirable.
21. No open fires will be permitted at any time and no fire arms or fire works will be allowed.
22. Participants will be required to abide by all City of Conyers restrictions/protocols as they pertain
to COVID-19.
Entertainers -Stages will be set up with a complete sound system including microphones and CD
player. A technician will be on hand to facilitate a trouble free performance.
Profanity will not be tolerated.

Release Agreement
I hereby release, acquit and forever discharge the Conyers Car Show, the City of Conyers, and
RedLine Event Productions, its agents, servants, successors and assigns and all other persons, firms
and corporations from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, loss
of service, expenses and compensations, which I may acquire or may accrue, arising out of any
events taking place May 1, 2021 or otherwise connected with the 13th Annual Conyers Car Show. I
further agree to hereby indemnify the Conyers Car Show, the City of Conyers, and RedLine Event
Productions, its agents, servants, successors and assigns and all other persons, firms and
corporations against any and all calms, demands, damages or causes of action, both legal and
equitable, asserted by any third party, their employees, agents, servants, successors and assigns
arising from the events taking place May 1, 2021 or otherwise connected with the 13th Annual
Conyers Car Show. This indemnity agreement shall include all reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs, and
expenses incurred by indemnity. I also understand that I am fully responsible for any
Revenue/Sales Tax applicable for items sold at the 13th Annual Conyers Car Show.
I further agree that all visual records (photos, videos, etc.) of this event taken by or on behalf of the
organizers will be come the property of the Conyers Car Show, City of Conyers, and RedLine Event
Productions; and hereby authorize the uncompensated use of same as a record of the event, for
future publicity, and for any legal purpose. I have received, read, fully understand, and agree to the
adhere to the show rules as posted, and the above Release Agreement.
“Release Agreement” must be signed by each participant
to be accepted for this event.

redlineeventproductions@yahoo.comDefinitions of Classes Original – This vehicle should be in as close as possible to the way it originally came from the factory. Any modifications made to the vehicle will cost you points. Tires, batteries or other normal wear items are understood and do not count against you. Restored – This vehicle has been refurbished to the factory specifications using either original factory parts or new parts that have been manufactured to the original specs. The end goal is to repair and refurbish the vehicle so that it looks and operates exactly the same as the day it rolled off the assembly line. Modified/Custom – Non-stock cars that has been changed from the way it originally could have come from the factory either by drive train modification, suspension, custom body make over, interior changes etc. Specialty – Includes home made vehicles or any vehicle that does not fit any of the other defined classes.
