Terms and conditions: Simple suggestions to ensure your entries are

all copyright and moral rights in such images under the Copyright Act 1994 or otherwise.
c) Acknowledge that I will not receive any payment from/for the use of such images.
d) Confirm that I/we have the requisite power and authority to grant PGW Turf the permissions set out in this consent. e) PGW Turf also agrees that it
will only include photographic images in new printed matter or electronic matter for a period of 10 years, although once printed the images are
permanent. It is understood and acknowledged that consideration for any extension to this Consent is to be agreed between the parties, separate
