PACKAGE UPGRADES

SECOND VIDEOGRAPHER (Recommended) We highly recommend a professional second shooter because in a nutshell a second shooter means; more
footage, more reactions, more angles and more goodness that we can pack into your wedding film. A second videographer is vital in helping enhance the overall $200
quality of your wedding film. Please note that a single videographer will do their best to be in two places at once on the day!
CEREMONY FILM (Recommended) While we are recording only the key moments of the ceremony for your highlights film we can offer to film all elements $200
of the ceremony to then be put into a comprehensive edit for you so that you have the entire procession to remember for years to come. The full ceremony film
will then be delivered to you alongside your highlights film via a personalised USB, so you will have 2x films instead of one!
Available for all levels
DRONE/AERIAL FOOTAGE We can’t express enough how much aerial footage adds to the overall quality of your wedding film. If you want to take it to that
next level, then this is for you. We shoot on a DJI Mavick Pro to produce stunning aerial footage that will be included in the final film. *Before flying we must $170
ensure that the venue and locations can permit the flying of the drone; if they cannot we will not recommend this add-on.
ORIGINAL FOOTAGE Provide us with a clear hard-drive (100gb min.) on the day of the wedding and we’ll organise and folder all of the footage from the day
untouched and deliver the hard-drive back to you along with the USB you’ll receive as per Level 2 & 3. Please be aware that because the footage is unedited, it will $360
include all the inevitable camera shakes, prep and setup! We do not release permission for you to edit this footage and post it online. All footage is copyright of
O’Sullivan Visuals and is for private/personal use only.
TEASER TRAILER You will receive a sweetly and tightly edited 1-2 minute teaser trailer of your wedding day only a few weeks out from the initial day! $220
PLEASE NOTE
- Our coverage for the morning preparations begins about 4 hours before the Ceremony respectively.
- If the distance between the morning preparation is 20-30 mins then this may cause a strain in capturing the appropriate or desired footage.
- If there is a great distance between the morning preparations and the Ceremony location then we will be required to leave preparations early to setup
for the Ceremony accordingly.Terms & Conditions
Please read through these terms and conditions as they are an important protocol
to be aware of when booking with us.
~ A 25% [non-refundable] deposit is required to secure your booking (This covers the
preparation costs incase, for any reason, you decide to pull out with your booking).
However we are happy to discuss payment plans.
~ Overall payment is due 14 days prior to the date of your wedding.
~ The videographer(s) will be expected to be catered for with a meal during Reception.
~ All footage/photos from the day are copyright of True North Films and can be used
for promotional purposes.
~ All travel costs are inclusive in each package for up to 3hrs of total travel time.
~ Wedding films are not subject to change.
~ Music is hand-picked and licenced by us due to copyright.
~ Post-production for wedding films can take anywhere between 6-8 weeks especially in
their busy seasons.Thank you for booking with us!
