WEAPONS CHECK
Please check your cosplay weapons at the Weapons Checkpoint each day. Even if you come the following day with the same
weapon, you will need to recheck it to get the new tag designated for that day. Weapons Check is in the Ticket Area in the
VCC Lower Pavilion and just up the stairs/elevator at the entrance in Crystal Garden. Our Weapons Policy is on our online
FAQ page. The Weapon Master’s decision on your weapon is final. If your weapon is not approved, you can leave it in the
Weapons Check area until you leave or take it out of the convention and enter again without it.

Award” from President Barack Obama
and the White House.

Artist, cosplayer, and adorkable badass. Based in
Vancouver BC, Canada, Katy DeCobray’s origins
are shrouded in mystery and rumour. She first
appeared at San Diego Comic Con in 2009 and
has been entertaining fans at conventions across
the West coast ever since.
Katy DeCobray is a master of intrigue and
disguise, creating costumes that draw from a
variety of sources from comic books to anime
and video games, although she has a particular
penchant for personating villains in tight black
spandex and impossibly high heels.
You will most likely find her in the center of
attention, nerding up your selfies, and cursing
her poor choices in footwear.
KATY DECOBRAY Booth #1 ALL DAYS
Linda “Linzorz” is a cosplayer from beautiful Vancouver,
British Columbia. She has been gaming since the age
of 5, under the influence of her cousin who is an avid
gamer. Her passion and love for video games naturally
led her to cosplaying, with her first time being in 2006.
Since then, she has cosplayed a variety of characters
but is best known for her portrayal of strong female
characters from fighting games.
She has attended many conventions across the United
States and been a guest cosplayer at multiple fighting
game tournaments. Her goal with cosplay is to stay
true to why she started in the first place - to exhibit
fandom and have it be a fun hobby regardless of
where it may take her. Aside from being a gamer and
cosplayer, you can find her checking out new places
to eat and could probably beat you in a pizza eating
contest.

avid (and award winning) cosplayer,
aspiring actor, and all-around nerd.

When he’s not cosplaying, Raging
Storm Cosplay plays pretend in his day
job. He can be found on the film sets of

Elfie is a Victoria based cosplayer
who’s been cosplaying seriously
for nine years! Her first convention
was Kei-Con 2007, and she’s been
hooked ever since! Her passion
for accuracy and body positivity
knows no bounds. She is a self-
proclaimed magical girl and strives TIMMCOSPLAY
to bring acceptance and positivity
into the cosplay community. As a Tim is a local Victoria cosplayer who’s built and
local cosplayer, Elfie is proud to worn costumes from dozens of characters in
