2021 Parent Packet
TIMBERWOLVES BASEBALL BOOSTERS
Booster Meeting At-A-Glance
Congratulations on your son making the baseball team! As we move into the start of the season, there is a lot of
information to share with our TBB Boosters (parents of players). This packet has been prepared for you to learn of what is
to come with the season ahead. All this information can be overwhelming, but don’t fret as we will discuss everything in
further detail at the parent booster meeting on Monday, January 25th. We ask that at least one parent of each player
attend.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The meeting begins at 6:00pm on Monday, January 25, 2021 at the Chiles Baseball Field and will last about an hour or so.
Please arrive a little early to visit each station. Checks for purchases or payment of balances will need to be written
separately for accounting purposes.
There will be a $400.00 baseball fee due to Chile’s High School unless you have already obtained 1,000 cash points. See
Cash Points Overview form for more details – we will also discuss further at meeting.
Stations will be set up for the following:
● Player Folders
→ Upon arrival, boosters are to pick up their player’s folder which will include copies of all forms included in
this pdf packet.
● Player Dues
→ Initial baseball fee of $400 (if 1,000 cash points not reached); bring check in amount of $400 made out to
Chiles High School, note in memo with players last name.
→ Cleats and Sweatshirts – each player will receive a team sweatshirt and team cleats for their keeping; bring
payment of $150 with check made out to TBB, note memo as ‘player last name – cleats/sweatshirt’.
● Fall/Spring Concessions (returning players)
→ All player balances from fall 2020 concessions need to be paid with a check to TBB or cash at this meeting
(note player name; fall concessions in check memo). Please see a booster member with a list of balances.
● Committee Vacancies
Interested in helping! Earn cash and/or service points by filling any of the needed vacancies below.
→ Program Ads: need co-chair to assist with organization of and design of season program booklet.
→ Game Changer: need freshman member, JV member and Varsity member to operate Game Changer at each
respective game.
→ End of Season Banquet: need members to assist with set-up/décor of event.
● Season Tickets
→ Purchase season tickets - 4 passess per player will be available for purchase! After the meeting, season
tickets will no longer be available. See the form in this packet for more details. Checks made out Chiles
High, note in memo as ‘player last name – season tickets’.
● Player Photos
→ See order form in packet and make checks payable to TBB.
● Merchandise
→ Visit our webstore at www.chilesbaseball.org which will close 1/31/21. Link to the webstore can be found
on the Chile Baseball Homepage.
Timberwolves Baseball Season Ticket Sales
Due to guidelines set forth by Leon County, families of players will only be allotted a maximum of 4
season tickets, per player. These can only be purchased at this time. Student tickets will not be sold
at the gate. The cost for season tickets is $30 per person for adults and $20 per child.

Cash and Service Points Overview
CASH POINTS
Based on the operating budget for the season, annual cash points per player are determined. To operate a successful
program and maintain the best facility in town, it is imperative that all players meet their cash point goal.
We offer many opportunities for boosters to raise funds to put towards their cash points goal - take advantage of these
opportunities!
2021 Season Points Goal Per Player: 1650
How can I earn cash points (1 cash point = $1 earned)?
→ Christmas Wreaths and Garland Sales
→ Sponsor Signs
→ Program Ads
→ Cornhole Tournament (Tentative)
→ Raffle Ticket Sales
→ Cash Donations
→ Easter Meat Fundraiser
→ Lead a committee/serve as Chair or Volunteer on a committee
SERVICE POINTS
We cannot operate without the help of booster volunteers – YOU!! YOU are an essential part of this team and we need
your participation for us to fulfill the operational needs to have a successful season.
We offer many opportunities for boosters to earn service points - take advantage of these opportunities!
2020-21 Minimum Service Points Goal Per Player: 200
How can I earn service points (refer to service points key for exact number of points earned per service)?
→ Participate in Facility Work Days
→ Grill hot dogs and hamburgers during home games
→ Announce the home games
→ Operate the scoreboard for home games
→ Work in concessions during home games
→ Work the ticket table for home games
REMEMBER:
● Cash and service points cannot be transferred between players
● No refunds given should a player be cut/quit/dismissed from the team or get injured at any time during the season
● If you do not meet your service points goal, the remaining unearned balance will be transferred to your cash points
balance ($1 for each point remaining)

Sign Sponsor Listing
Sign sponsorships are one of the most successful ways a player can earn cash points. When a player secures a sign
sponsorship, it becomes assigned to them. This assignment will remain with that player for the duration of their tenure in
the program. When a senior player graduates in May and has an incoming freshman sibling who makes the team that
following January, the assignment will carry-over and remain with the sibling. Senior players who graduate in May with no
freshman sibling entering the program or not making the team that following January will have their sign sponsor(s)
unassigned and released. Players in the program can then secure a possible renewal of the unassigned sign sponsor(s)
through a specific process put in place by the TBB Board. This process will occur in February and details explained at that
time.
The following sign sponsors are assigned to current Chiles players and should only be contacted by that respective
player. If a business/sponsor is not listed below, please feel free to solicit a sponsorship from them and have all paperwork
and logo submitted by February 20.
