We are pleased to invite you and your delegation to participate in the

       2nd Budapest International Acro Cup from 29-30th September 2018.

   This tournament is opened for National Teams as well as for Club Teams.
The competition is being prepared in accordance with the Hungarian and the FIG
       regulations and rules in the following age groups and categories:

            Youth, AG1 (11-16), AG2(12-18), JUN (13-19) and SENIOR.

 We hope the competition will be a good preparation for the participants of the
    Youth Olympic Games and serves the young competitors development.

RULES WILL APLY:

YOUTH: 7-15 – rules on page 4.

AG1: min 9 years old – max 16 years - rules FIG 11-16

AG2: min 10 years old – max 18 years old - rules FIG 12-18

JUN: min 11 years old – max 19 years old - rules FIG 13-19

SENIOR: min 12 years old – rules FIG Seniors

MAXIMUM SIZE OF DELEGATIONS:

Each delegation may include:

   •   1 Head of delegation
   •   Coaches: 1-5 depends on the number of gymnasts
   •   At least 1 judge is obligatory, no international Judges brevet needed.

COMPETITION FORMAT:

This competition will be organized following the FIG regulations, except for any
deviation mentioned in this invitation document.

One Gymnast can NOT participate in two units (pair/group) during the
competition.

Qualifications:

   •   Youth: 1 Combined Exercise
       (the difficulty is calculated as in FIG - Age Groups 11-16). – 2’30”
       maximum duration.
   •   AG1/AG2/JUN/SENIOR: 1 balance and 1 dynamic exercise

Rules for YOUTH category:

   •   Pairs: choose 2 elements of the Balance Group from the Compulsory
       Elements Table 11-16, + 1 optional element from the FIG Tables Of
       Difficulty or Appendix 4. (only 2 statics hold of 3” is the minimum
       requirement in the routine) and 2 Dynamic elements from the Compulsory
       Elements Table 11-16, + 1 optional element from the FIG Tables Of
       Difficulty or Appendix 4.

       Max difficulty value given for compulsory element (it is possible to perform
       more but no credit is given): 0,5

       Max difficulty for optional element: 1-9 balance, 1-14 dynamic

   •   Groups: choose 1 balance pyramid from the Compulsory Elements Table
       11-16, + 1 optional balance pyramid from the FIG Tables Of Difficulty or
       Appendix 4 (only 2 statics of 3" are necessary in the routine) and 2 Dynamic
       elements from the Compulsory Elements Table 11-16, + 1 optional dynamic
       element from the FIG Tables Of Difficulty or Appendix 4; the optional
       pyramid can be selected from one of the same categories used in the
       compulsory elements, but not from the Compulsory Elements Table.

       Max difficulty value given for compulsory element (it is possible to perform
       more but no credit is given): 0,5

       Max difficulty for optional element: 4-16 balance, 1-14 dynamic (1-10 M4)

•   Individuals: 2 individual elements from the categories of flexibility, balance,
       agility (from different categories) + 2 individual elements must be
       performed from tumbling (it is not compulsory to perform a somersault).

Finals:

   •   Youth – Combined
   •   Age Group 1 - Balance or Dynamic according to FIG rules 11-16

Women’s Pairs: Dynamic

Scores in all finals start from zero.

   •   The entry fee is not refundable.
   •   The accommodations are only refundable if cancellations are made until
       31th August 2018.

20 euros per gymnast.

           •   The cost includes the meals

   •   The cost includes the meals for the delegations who booked their
       accommodation through the OC.

   •   Breakfast will be served at the hotel. Lunch and Dinner will be served at the
       competition venue.

   •   Every person with accreditation (gymnasts, coaches, judges, head of
       delegation) can participate in the farewell party without additional
       payment.

•   NO Accreditation = NO Farewell party tickets

   •   If you haven’t booked via OC, meals (lunch/dinner) are available at
       €15/meal/person. Please send your meal request until 31th July
       (definitive registration), and payment until 31th August (Nominative
       registration).

   •   Farewell party tickets are avaiable for 30Euro/person for limited time only!
       Tickets will be sell in order of request. Please send your request until 31th
       July (definitive reg.) and payment until 31th August (Nominative reg.).

   •   Transfers from and to Budapest International airport, Budapest railway
       stations to the official hotels as well as between the official hotels and the
       competition venue will be provided to the delegations who booked
       their accommodation through the Organizing Committee. The
       transport schedule will be communicated day by day. The schedule will be
       strictly followed by the drivers. PLEASE BE ON TIME!!!

FINANCES:

The delegations are responsible for covering their travel expenses,
accommodation, meals and entry fee. 50 % of the accommodation package and
100% of the entry fee must be paid at the time of the definitive registration (31th
July,2018), and the other 50% at the time of the nominative registration (31th
August, 2018) to:

The entry fee is not refundable.

Ø The accommodation is only refundable if cancellations are made before
     31th August 2018.
   Ø Visa

        If you need an official invitation to obtain a visa to travel to Hungary, please
       contact the OC as soon as possible.

Make sure all possible transfer charges (sending and receiving) are payed to
ensure the correct amount is deposited on our account. When making an
international bank transfer you can usually choose between different
options, depending on who should pay the fees. The participating federation
is responsible for covering all bank fees in connection with the bank
transfers.

INSURANCE

All delegations are responsible for having the necessary coverage against accidents
and illness.

The Heads of Delegation have to present the passports of all members of the team.
Proof of adequate insurance coverage should be submitted to the OC during the
accreditation.

FAREWELL PARTY:

The farewell dinner will be organized as a sight-seeing cruise on the Danube river.
Every person with accreditation card (gymnasts, coaches, judges, head of
delegation) can participate in the farewell party without additional payment.

Extra tickets will be available €30 per person. Requests for extra tickets must be
made at the very latest 31th July, 2018 in email (biac@akrobatikustornasport.hu) ,
and should be payed until the nominative registrations deadline.

Tickets are limited as the capacity of the cruise! Tickets will be sell in order of the
applications!
