Two charming self-catering holiday flats situated in the secluded heart of Jamestown. Each flat is self-contained with its
own entrance and facilities, except for the laundry which is shared.

The Coach House (upstairs) is an open-plan studio flat and consists of a kitchen area with an electric cooker,
fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery, a well-screened twin bedded sleeping area, dining and

This well-appointed cottage stands at the corner of Napoleon Street in the heart of Jamestown within easy reach of the
shops, Museum of St Helena, the Sea-side, Public Library, Castle Gardens and the swimming pool. Renovated in
2008/2009, the cottage hosts a living room, two double bedrooms upstairs (the back bedroom can sleep 3 people), a
good sized kitchen-diner and separate dining room downstairs, with a small shower room and separate toilet across the
yard which offer shaded areas for keeping cool In the heat of the day or open areas for enjoying barbecue in the
evening. Well equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, and microwave etc in the kitchen and an automatic
washing machine in the shower room. A TV/DVD player and CD Radio are placed in the living room. Phone and Internet
service can be provided at your cost for connection and calls. The Internet service costs £30.00 for installation and
thereafter a monthly charge for the broadband service.

Princes Lodge, St Paul’s

Prince's Lodge is a well-kept family residence situated in St Paul's area. It is a private, early Georgian property with beautiful
grounds and a history that goes back to the 1800's. The house has spacious rooms, upstairs is a large master bedroom with
