the work we’ve been doing as a responsible, local employer to increase social mobility in our patch and tackle
the UK skills gap. It gives particular focus to the opportunities our Apprenticeship scheme gives young people
to get experience in the work place, learn new skills, while learning and contributing to the workplace.
