Nature Surrounds
Residents of Toa Payoh Ridge will be able to enjoy the wide
range of amenities within the neighbourhoods of Toa Payoh
town. The development will be located at the junction of
Lorong 1 Toa Payoh and Toa Payoh Rise. Inspired by the
nearby parks and greenery, it will be designed with lush

Ridge are only offered to seniors (aged 55 and above)
on short leases between 15 and 45 years (in 5-year
increments).
