Will there be a virtual booth?
A: There will be a dedicated exhibitor page within the platform which will be unique to your
company. Your company will then be listed as an exhibitor where you will be able to showcase
a range of your services and solutions. You will also be able to add team members to your
virtual booth.
What will be included in the package?
A: Companies will be able to host collateral, display videos and documents, access to a
chat function with potential customers who will have access to the platform. Access to a
matchmaking service which will work off an AI based algorithm and a video call can feature
along with a whole host of other unique benefits.
Does the virtual exhibition last for the full 4 days of ADIPEC 2020?
A: There are no dedicated exhibition hours as there is no live component. Your profile will be
“live” from 09:00 GST – 9th November 2020 onwards until 12th November 2020. During these
4 days, you can access your virtual booth anytime from anywhere across all time zones, set up
meetings and network with other attendees.
Will I get a brief on how to navigate the platform?
A: You will be provided with an on boarding briefing document that will outline what the platform
entails, how to access and upload the various details around your virtual exhibition. Should you

Can I list additional staff members/colleagues to the virtual booth? If yes, how do I
register them?
A: Yes, you can list additional staff members/colleagues on your virtual booth. There is no limit
on the number staff members/colleagues you can list. To manage the members, go to “Your
Team” listed under the “Exhibitor Centre” tab. You can then view all your team members, delete
or add them and manage the visibility of their profile.
Who will I be able to network with and how does this work?
A: You will have access to a whole host of platform attendees. ADIPEC 2020’s Virtual Meetings
Programme is a bespoke AI based integrated matchmaking service. Visitors, Speakers,
conference delegates, sponsors, exhibitors and media partners can book virtual one-on-one
individual or group meetings from a central available time slot.
The attendees list will be displayed according to their profile needs and further refined according
to their requirements and networking behavior.
Once registered you’ll be able to search through all other attendees by specific criteria, reach out
to your targets to schedule meetings and build connections.
Am I provided with an exhibitor manual and log in details once I have confirmed my
participation?
A: You will be sent unique log in details to access the platform and start to build your profile. You
can then start to assign your exhibitors, upload collateral and begin your ADIPEC Virtual exhibitor
journey.

How do attendees request meetings with booth staff?
A: Each listed staff will have their own personal profile that will be listed on the main profile.
Any attendee that clicks on your booth staff’s profile, will be taken to a calendar. The calendar
that will display dates and times for every day of the meeting. They will pick a day and time
and the booth staff will get notified. The booth staff will be able to either accept or reject the
meeting/connection request.
I see there is a marketing kit as part of the virtual exhibitor package, what is this?
A: Off the back of the success of the ADIPEC marketing pack we have created this specifically
for your virtual experience and contains a host of strategic mechanisms to amplify your presence
and equally provide you with the tools to make for a better participation with us.

How will I be able to receive the contact details of somebody I network with and/or
visits our virtual booth?
A: You will be able to view and download your personal contacts by visiting the ‘Contact’ tab and
selecting the ‘Download’ option listed within the ‘Export My Contacts’ text box.
You can also download your team’s contact by visiting the “Exhibitor Centre”>>”Team Contact”
and selecting the “Export All” option.
Only the contacts of your additional team members who have enabled the contact sharing
option will be displayed, in addition to yours.

As an exhibitor do I have access to the virtual conference sessions?
A: You will not be able to access the conference sessions as an exhibitor however if you would
like more information on this please send us an email to adipec.delegate@dmgevents.com and
we will send you some of the options available.
How many exhibitors are you expecting?
A: The ADIPEC 2020 Virtual Exhibition will attract 100 exhibiting companies from more than 100
countries.
Is my registration and credentials secured?
A: Yes, your registration is GDPR compliant and your log in credentials are secured via 2-Factor
Authentication processes. While logging into the platform, you will receive a magic link email on
your registered address that you will need to use to enter and log in successfully to the platform;
ensuring 2-Factor Authentication and making sure that only you are able to access the virtual
conference.
Do all booth staff have to be visible on the organisations profile page?
A: No, there is an option that allows you to show/hide the profile of your team member. To do
so, visit the “Exhibitor Center” >> “Your Team” and click on icon next to the profile of your team
member. Select the “Show Profile” option. Once selected, the team member will NOT be visible
on the organisations profile page but will be able to use all the admin functions.

Are exhibitors eligible for the Virtual Global Meetings Programme?
And how can I access the Virtual Global Meetings Programme?
A: All exhibitors and their registered staff members are eligible to use the Virtual Global
Meetings Programme and can set up virtual meetings with Partners, Sponsors, Other
Exhibitors, Speakers, Delegates and Media Partners. All meeting requests and confirmations
are managed via the virtual platform. All exhibitors will receive an Onboarding Guide with
complete information on ‘How To?’ two weeks before the event.
Can I assign meetings to my team member?
A: Yes, you can assign a specific meeting to one of your team members. This can be done by
clicking on « answer » on the meeting request and choose the person to assign.
Is there any specific software and hardware I need to download to access the
exhibition?
A: No, there is no additional software or hardware that you will need to install. You will need a
stable internet connection and a laptop, mobile or a tablet to access the virtual exhibition using
an internet browser. It is recommended to use Google Chrome.
What if I forget my password or would like to reset it?
A: Please visit the platform to request a link to reset your password.
