This online program aims to recovery and development of tourism in all areas
through educational action.
Since the international tourism industry has been
severely affected by COVID-19, GTU responds the call from our nation to
“build a Community of Shared Future for Mankind”,
and launches the "Create a Better Future Plan" online education project.

The curriculum emphasizes on combining theoretical
study with work practicality. Students will take the online August 31st, 2021
courses via GTU’s media platform. Throughout the

familiar with tourism industry in China. Students will also
participate in industrial research as well as graduation

Guilin Tourism University, to achieve the goal of
“Chinese + Professionalization + Industrialization”.
The application period is open from May to August.

The mode of this program is certified by GTU and

can be transferred. Undergraduate students will study
at GTU’s media platform for 2 years. The first year will
focus on strengthening specialized skills and Chinese
language, as well as getting familiar with tourism
industry in China.

students will receive bachelor’s degrees from GTU and
schools in their countries, to achieve “Chinese +

This major aims to equip students with global perspectives,
awareness of serving, innovation spirit, and management
capability. Students enrolling this major will have a solid grasp
of modern toursim theory and hotel management and operation.
Graduates of this major will be engaged in operation &
management, planning & consulting, tutoring and education
in hotel, cruise, accommodations

Students will have a solid understanding of tourism knowledge and skills during the study and have the ability to solve the complicated problems faced by the toursim industry. Graduates with this major will be able to work in management positions in tourism industry. ECONOMICS AND FINANCE MAJOR This major aims to equip students with global perspective, awareness of serving, and spirit of innovation. Students will have a solid grasp of economics and financial knowledge and skills during the study and be able to solve the problems in financial & economic analysis, prediction, investment, and personal finance. Graduates with this major will be able to work in economic and financial departments in the government, private and public sectors or pursue a post-grad study in domestic or overseas higher educational institution.
