ADMISSION TEST REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS for international students BACHELOR IN ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT 2020/2021 A.Y.
Steps for registration to the test
and enrollment
If the academic board decides that you have to take the admission test, as indicated on your Self Service Centre, the
International Admissions Office will create an account for you which you will use to sign up for the test via the Portale

3How to complete your registration
to the admissions test
Our office will create an account for you and you will receive a message of “Activation
Log in to the Portale account” from IAM_noreply@unicatt.it with your new username and a link to set a

Pay the registration fee of € 60,00 (non-refundable) by credit card or «bollettino MAV»
(associated to the your test registration – available for holders of an Italian bank account
only);
Note: Your registration to the admissions test will be complete when your application status is
AT (Pending admissions test)

On the day of the test, you must:
- have a valid identification document
- arrive at the indicated location an hour before the published test time.
5ADMISSIONS TEST CONTENT
Candidates who have applied to Italian-taught degree porgrams must take the test in
Italian. Candidates who have applied to the English-taught degree program must take
the test in English.
The test consists of 48 multiple-choice questions and lasts 1 hour. For each question,
B only one of the four available answers is correct.

Mathematics
Reading Comprehension
English
The scores assigned to each answer are:
CORRECT ANSWERS 1,25
NO ANSWER 0
WRONG ANSWERS – 0,3125
ATTENTION: The English section is compulsory, even if candidates hold a recognized English language certificate.
6Admission test feedback
In order to pass the test, you must both:
• score a minimum of 31 points; and
C • have at least 4 questions answered correctly in each section.

Candidates who pass the test will be ranked according to their test results, high
school grades and available places.
After taking the test, and according to the deadlines indicated on pag. 3, you can:
- download the feedback from your Self-Service Centre.
- log in to the Portale di iscrizione ai corsi and verify the status of your application.
7Confirm your place by the deadline

deadline indicated on the admission letter

Log in to the "Portale iscrizione ai corsi": when the status of your application becomes “immatricolabile / eligible for
enrollment”, you have to pay the first installment of the tuition fees by the indicated deadline to confirm your place .
1. Click on your application number;
2. Select the payment method. If you pay with payment slip (MAV) or bank transfer, you will have to log in to the Portale
iscrizione ai corsi again after you make the payment and enter the payament details.
The earlier you pay, the sooner you will ensure a spot in this highly regarded and competitive program. If the first installment
is not received (for credit card payment) or confirmed (for payment made by bank transfer or bollettino MAV) by the
deadline, your offer for admission will be withdrawn.
