With the re-opening of our borders with New Zealand, we feel that travellers will be seeking
special care, special programs, some may even be looking for something extra, or perhaps a
property that may not be listed in New Zealand brochures.
We have been in the Cook Islands for 30 years now providing full services to the trade, and can
guarantee the best ground services that your clients require and deserve.
So, whatever you may need in addition to accommodation, we can arrange that for you with the
best suppliers and services that we manage throughout the Cook Islands and Samoa.
The Cook Islands has developed through Cook Islands Tourism, the ‘Cook Islands Promise’
which details how we wish to manage our tourism going forward. It details the protocols for when
clients arrive into the Cook Islands, information for when clients are at their hotels, as well as
when moving around enjoying our restaurants, tours and activities - basically how we plan to
protect our clients and ourselves moving forward.
For transfers on our buses, vans and cars (Raro Tours), we will practise social distancing and try
to keep family/group bubbles together. Hand sanitiser, and masks (optional) will be available in
all our vehicles. Following each use, our vehicles will be cleaned according to the guidelines set
by our Ministry of Health.
Our packages are for 5 & 7 nights, but we can of course price any number of nights or
combinations that you require. We are on Rarotonga so you can rely on good customer support
from our teams, along with additional options that are normally not available.
Please note: that tours and rental car rates shown within can only be booked in conjunction with
an accommodation package. Prices are in NZD$ inclusive of local taxes, subject to change.
Cancellation conditions will be explained with replies to booking requests as some smaller
properties have different requirements. Most properties will allow cancellation and full refund for
any COVID-19 cancellations. We do recommend insurance for other circumstances.
Payments can be made directly to our New Zealand account less commissions. The rates shown
within are retail rates. Bona fide travel agencies can deduct their agreed commission from this
pricing.
