AMENDMENTS TO DATES
3.6.4 MEDICAL FILE, read:
Each skipper shall provide the OA with a Medical FILE before June 30th 2021 at midnight
including mandatorily:
• Results of an effort test dated of less than 4 years from the starting date, and the results of a
cardio echography.
• The medical questionnaire provided by the OA, filled in and signed by the skipper and his
(her) regular medical doctor. Download link :

• Past June 30th 2021 at midnight, the skipper may be charged of 200€ for the benefit of an
association fighting against pediatric cancers if his (her) file is uncomplete.
