Improve the efficiency and comfort of your home with the help of the
Ameren Illinois Home Efficiency Income Qualified Initiative. Family Size Total Annual Income

• A home performance retrofit is a complete approach to making your home more comfortable and energy-efficient
• Retrofits can include:
– Attic Insulation – Rim Joist Insulation – Duct Sealing
– Air Sealing – Wall Insulation – Smart Thermostats
– Crawlspace Wall Insulation
• No income guidelines

• Properties containing three or more individual residential units
• Properties with a high number of income-eligible customers
• Public Housing Authorities
