An Invitation to Exhibit at the 2020 ASAP Meeting On behalf of ASAP and Course Directors George S. Athwal, Jay Keener and Robert Z. Tashjian we invite your company to exhibit at the 2020 Advanced Shoulder ArthroPlasty (ASAP) Meeting. This CME conference will take place January 16-18, 2020 at the Cliff Lodge in Beautiful Snowbird, Utah! Our goal and mission are to be the ultimate international shoulder arthroplasty course educating surgeons on all aspects of shoulder arthroplasty from simple to complex. We are emphasizing practicality – surgeons learning not only the theory of shoulder arthroplasty but actual surgical techniques and practical treatment algorithms through video instruction, live surgery, surgical and computer planning workshops, case presentations and faculty discussion. We will present cutting-edge information while still keeping the focus on helping to solve practical clinical problems for the shoulder arthroplasty surgeon. This 3-day world-class education event will be fostered by our approachable faculty, including Master Surgeons from around the globe. 4 Steps to Exhibiting at the ASAP Meeting
1. Fill out Exhibitor Registration Form and choose desired booth space. Email back to Sue Duncan. Booths assigned on a first
come first serve basis.
2. Order furniture, chairs, lighting, etc., through Modern Exposition Services Exhibitor Kit. (Link will be coming soon)
3. Book your hotel early! This year’s room block will fill up in record time.
4. Order your name badges.
