Application to participate in MUSTANG MAKEOVER 2020

I hereby apply bindingly for participation in the MUSTANG MAKEOVER 2020 (expected date:
August/September 2020) and would like to be provided by American Mustang Germany for
the training period of four to five months (approx. 120-150 days) of a wild Mustang (only for
participation in the "Challenge of your Life" with USA trip) or a trained, "almost raw" Mustang
(the horse is prepared for the flight in the USA by a trainer).
I will prepare and train it during the event. I am aware that I will have to pay any travel costs
to the USA as well as the costs incurred in Germany, such as pension costs, veterinary etc. for
the Mustang provided. In return I will participate in the auction proceeds and have the
possibility to win a prize money. I will also be given the opportunity to present myself and my
training method via the social media platforms of the MUSTANG MAKEOVER.

I take part in the project at my own risk and am aware of the danger as I will work with wild
horses.

Please choose:
     o I am interested in travelling to America for 14 days in February at my own expense,
        choosing a Mustang from a pre-selected group and preparing him for the flight on
        my own. The training in America will also take place at my own risk. (see document
        "important information")
     o I want the Mustang to be prepared for the flight as in the last years, then the
        participation fee is 500 Euro. The fee will only be used to supply my Mustang in the
        USA

The ms marketing CONSULT GmbH does not assume any liability for damages caused or suffered
by the participant and therefore recommends adequate insurance coverage. With participation
in the USA trip a foreign travel insurance is obligatory.

   •      3-10 photos and exactly 2 videos (on a stick or CD.) Please choose a suitable envelope.

The first video (max 3 min.) is your personal application video in which you introduce yourself and
your work and explain exactly why you should be chosen. We would also like to see you in all
three basic gaits on horseback.
The second video (max 10 min. if possible uncut) is the presentation of your training method.
Please film yourself while teaching an unknown horse or while trying to solve a problem. Please
explain your method and exactly what you are doing.

Important information:

  •   You have the opportunity to train the Mustang you have selected from a pre-selected
      group in America. You will be the first person to get in contact with this horse and get
      used to it.
      You can already experience your personal "first touch" with a wild Mustang at your own
      expense at the beginning of February 2020.
      A 14-day stay in the USA is planned. We visit the short-thermholding in Burns/Oregon.
      There you can choose your partner from a group of pre-selected Mustangs, the next
      day we visit the wild horse herd of South Steens and get a picture of life in the wild and
      then travel together to Lions/Georgia and wait for the arrival of the EVENTMustangs. For
      the next 9 days you will have time to train your Mustangs.
      The overnight stays take place in the hotel, min. 3 stars. (Costs approx. 2000-2500 Euro
      per person). The booking is made via an external tour operator, ms marketing CONSULT
      GmbH does not act as a tour operator.

  •   You require your consent for the publication of photo, video and text material.

  •   As part of your public relations work, you are willing to provide regular update videos
      and photos (every 2-4 weeks). The opening and closing credits will be provided by us.

  •   You can use the videos and updates to show your training method and provide tips on
      how to deal with horses in an appropriate way.

  •   You want to participate in public events of the MUSTANG MAKEOVER and you help to
      present the Mustang to the public as a great leisure horse.

  •   You will not receive any compensation for participating in the Trainer Challenge, the
      trip to the USA and your training performance. The costs for picking up your horse at
      Frankfurt airport, maintenance, vet, farrier etc. for your Mustang will be payed by you,
      but you will be involved in the selling price in the auction (if the horse has to be sold
      outside of the auction, the same conditions apply) and you will receive a platform to
      make you and your training method known. As a winner of the Trainer Challenge you
      can also take home 5000 Euro.

  •   You undertake to train the Mustang provided to you according to the guidelines of
      trust, harmony and partnership, always with the aim not to overtax the Mustang and to
      pursue a solid basic training.

  •   You commit yourself to participate in the first part of the Trainer Challenge during the
      year. The first Challenge (Handling Class) is expected to take place in June/July 2020.
      Location will be announced soon. Here you and your Mustang can get to know the
      atmosphere, the audience and the event character.

  •   If you are selected to participate in the MUSTANG MAKEOVER, we will send you a
      contract. This contract contains further information and guidelines which are binding.
